To clarify - are both the Info sheets and parental consent forms due on the 30th, or does the discussion of those items take place at that time?

It would be helpful to have the parental consent forms filled out by the meeting. For more info why, please check this thread

    Thanks.

Also, a request: could we set the meeting back an hour or so? I have to be in Oro Valley by 5 pm, which would leave me with only an hour to an hour and a half at the meeting, and I know it'll take longer.

Actually Mike, I have a firm belief that meetings should take 60 minutes maximum. What I can do is break down the agenda items and allot an amount of time to them. When the time is up, the item is done.

I've run staff meetings this way and have never failed to get people out of there within 60 minutes.

If this meets your ok, can we stick with 3?

Plus, come to think of it, Things for Thinkers isn't available til 3pm.

OK, here's the skinny. I've been trained in effective meeting scheduling and parlimentarism. So I've got the knowledge to divide up topics and allot time. Here it is so far:

Date for Paintball finalized and flyers distributed - 5 minutes

    >Halloween event - vadersdad - 10 minutes

    >Christmas Charity Event - vadersdad and Jada - 5 minutes

    >Website - AoErat - 5 minutes

    >Information sheets and Underage members parent consent forms - jada - 5 minutes

    ITEMS REQUIRING VOTE:
Vote of no confidence in CR - 10 minutes

VOID - open floor for discussion and roadmap for Tucson - 20 minutes

I'll be bringing a beverage to the meeting. Maybe if people are available after the meeting we could get a bite to eat or something.

I know Void's gonna do everything he can to make it to your meeting. I may or may not join him, that will depend on what kinda schedule I find myself immersed in and what I have going on. I'm at a point where I'm reluctant to absolutely commit to being places unless I really need to. But hopefully I'll be able to come down and see you all again. If not, I still wish the TFF luck.

Lets changed the "Vote of No Confidence" to "Election for new CR discussion", in the light of recent events.

3 members, and going strong. (har har)

You mean you're not going to come visit Iceobel first :( . . . and my mom [face_laugh] oh, wait. Her heart . . . ok.

Now remember, it's ME giving directions!

    1) From I-10, take the Speedway exit and head EAST (in other words, turn left at the end of the ramp)

2)Go forever on Speedway. When you pass Columbus, 4500 E. Speedway is coming up on the RIGHT. It is about another 1/4 mile past Columbus in a small shopping center/office park type place. I believe Pep Boys is across the street.

    3) Things for Thinkers phone number is:

    326-7679

Those coming from the eastside, once you pass Swan and Speedway, look for it on the left.

I'll try to mapquest but have never done it so don't count on anything wonderful.

Opps, hit the preview button, JADA.

OK, sorry folks, didn't get mapquest to work as a link. But if you go to mapquest and type in 4500 E. Speedway, Tucson AZ, you'll get the location.

Sorry I haven't been around to confirm anything. My parents said I could go ages ago, and I meant to tell y'all, but then I got sick. :( I'm not even supposed to be on right now. So I can't go.
