im super new here and i found this spiffy tucson board. Well i just wanted to say hi.

Hi Master_N8. Welcome to the TFF board. We're having a meeting a week from this Saturday and you are welcome to attend.

 

1) Board Game Night -- set up a board game night in February and see if we could get some PFF people down for it. Location? While the Bookman's at Speedway and Wilmot would be ideal if we could get them to host it, for the PFF it is a longer trip than if we held it somewhere more central.

My thought is to have it the same day as the meeting.

2) vadersdad - FanFilm

3) 2004 - planning for the hopeful influx of members for EP3. In light of this, I'd like to see if we could permanently move the meetings to the Bookman's space and advertise within Bookman's and other places. I think Things for Thinkers would still let us advertise and I'm sure I can get Fantasy Comics to let us put up a flyer or business cards.

4) TFF joining PFF in the Pines???

5) Renn Fest (PFF planning thread)

Let me know if anyone wants to add anything else.

hi Jada as you know I have had some serious legal problems so I won't be attending any meetings for a while, unless thigs change. Jada I would also like to thank you for your support! Sorry for the non attendance.

just got into town and i was wondering where the meeting is.

 

You're here!!! I'm talking with Void about the meeting place because if he is driving down from PHX, it would be considerate to meet at the Foothills Barnes and Noble. If the PFF does a trip to the Pima Air Museum, then we will hold the meeting at Things for Thinkers on Speedway between Columbus and Swan in the Midway Business Park.

directions would be great. Thanks. To help you, I live pretty east on speedway. what time would the meeting be? I'm supposed to do some job training on saturday, but i'm not sure if that time is finalized yet.

 

Meeting is at 3pm on Saturday. OK, from speedway.

Go to Craycroft and make a right heading North.

Go past Pima, past Grant and a few other streets
After you go over the wash you'll get to River Road

Make a left on River heading west.
Go past Swan, Dogde, First, Oracle, La Canada to La Cholla

Make a right on La Cholla, go past Orange Grove and go thru the light at Ina.

Make the next left into the Foothills Mall. As you go in the entrance bear left. You will see Barnes and Noble on the right.

We will meet in the cafe

For future meetings, we are going to look into using the community room at the Bookman's at Speedway and Wilmot.
