Oregon Tha banner is up !!

    Well, the banner is up. I think it looks good. However, I will need to tweek it a bit. I need to add a back banner so there is not white space at the right end. Also, I noticed that sometimes the banner repeats on the right side instead of having a white space, again I think this has to do with a lack of a back banner. I will do some research.

    Also we may want to add some icons below the banner, such as the oregon icon we were discussing.

    Any ideas?
