My wife and I have offically chosen the name of our first born son. She isn't pregnant, she just likes to torture me with this little game of coming up with horrible yuppy baby names like Tiara Capri (No offense if you are named Tiara or Capri). But finally, I have her settled on a name we can both agree on. Magnus Gauge McGarity. How is that for a manly baby name?

I tried without luck to get her to agree to Chewbacca Wan-Kenobi McGarity. Oh well, maybe if we have a girl!

    Niklas Liam Clements

Niklas was going to be Nikolai but I thought that was too Russian. Used a Sweedish spelling for him.

Liam from the actor, my wife was pregnant when Ep I came out.

See, those are great names. I should ask Brandy what some of the names she wanted were. I have erased them from my mind.

I used to have a baby name book called "The Baby Name Personality Survey". Not only did it list names and thier traditional meanings, but the authors surveyed people across the country to find out what kind of people were associated with certain names. For example, it listed the name "Ace" as a tough guy who wears leather and rides a bike or a big athletic guy who isn't very smart. It was amazingly accurate when it came to people I knew. I don't know if it is still in print, but I eliminated some of the names I was considering for my daughter after reading the book!

    Jack Connor and Max Carter.
With my last name, I wanted to give them a break and give 'em short easy first names. Plus they can both be private detectives with names like that.

Matthew, and Alexandra. Still not sure on the name of the baby she's pregnant with. I'm still shooting for Hammerhead, or YakFace.
