Turned off pruning in games about a year after i ask (or so hehe)

There's nothing to discuss, really. I will be manually pruning the Games Forum from this point forth.

 

I was just wondering, since they no longer seem to care how big we get, why prune at all?

 

It feels .... cleaner

 

cause it kills all the good threads so no one notices what kind of crap people post now.

If you're not just being facetious, if there's no demand we cut back on our size anymore why are we still pruning?

We ARE still pruning, but (for the Games Forum) it's being hand done, rather than being left to an automated piece of programming that has no ability to differentiate between good threads and crap. The games forum is small enough that I can manage this task on my own. jp-30
