This is the situation as I saw it.

TK was banned by a JC mod for being Indecent. Numerous checks were made and the decision was made to ban you.

When I heard of this and after reading the posts here I posted in the Mod Squad that I believed a mistake had been made. There was discussion between me and other Mods. I took you guys on your word and knowledge and stated that a mistake had been made and TK should be unbanned.

There was discussion - hence the delay in unbanning. But eventually we came to the decision that an unban was the right course of action.

I would like to apologise for the mistake being made and me not being on line when the trouble occured in order to deal with the matter in a timely and effecient way.

However, the issue has been resolved and I believe the best course of action is to move on.

I am happy for people to air their views but would also ask you guys not to use this as an excuse to Mod bash.
