An LLM is a Masters level Law Degree.

I studied law, and came to the definitive conclusion that it is infinitely tedious.

Man this time of year can suck if you're studying..It's my last week of lectures and I can't even start studying for my 6 exams cos I still have assignments due. :_|

Am currently in the computer suite (1 am) trying to complete a 50% G.I.S. project, and plan to be here all night.. so a bit of procrastinating is always good.

    Howz the study goin SFL?

    Knew I forgot something!

Na, should be fine with my exams - nicely spread out from 15th to 21st.

Just typed up a CV and am about to cruise into town to see some people about a job for the summer. :p

But 6 for you? holy crap! I feel for ya! :(

Woohoo, I've finally finished all my assessment..now have to start studying.

Yes 6 exams is a ***load, but I had 7 llast year so what can you do! Worked out that I have about 1.5 days to study for each one!!

SFL, we have our equivalent to the Garden Party on Friday (THE STEIN!!). Plan to get pretty messed up. Chanpagne (probably just real cheap wine) breakfast on our roof in the sun. Then we've got a pub crawl up Riccarton Rd starting at 9am then of to the Stein at 11:30 should be good [face_mischief]

    haha nice!

I hear the Foundry gets pretty full and then they close it off. Stink for those who don't get tickets or whatever.

That's why the Garden Party is great. They just erect a fence and most of the uni gets into it... and random canterbury students. :p

    Yeah not bad SFL.

Had two exams yesterday, kind of good to get two down in one hit. Three more to go Thurs, Fri, Sat. I don't have to sit my last exam the next thurs so that's cool.

Are you going, or do you want ot go to Matrix Revolutions next Wednesday??

    Hey bro.

So, not too stressed with the bunchiness of your exams? Mate, I would be!

Ummm, at this stage - yea could be keen for Matrix on the 5th. My girlfriend's first and last exam at canterbury is the 5th, but she starts work that night and she said the other day she wasn't interested in seeing the new Matrix movie at all. :p So won't really have any excuse not to come :)

Perhaps an evening viewing cause I might be working during the day... my woprk is sketchy and unknown at this stage - but I can confidently say I am 86.75% sure I can make Wed night for a matrix show. :D Chan and Ena might be keen too... guys?

    hehehe

Good luck with those other exams man.

PS: went to canterbury uni with my g/f the other day - she wanted to show me some books on photography that might be usefull for me and man, canterbury uni is kinda cool - but large and... yea. Some weird people around lol. Big library though! sheesh we have 2 floors - one for books and one for serials LMAO not 11 or so floors. :p

Not sure what time MR is on will have to look and then we can decide.

    Whoa Graal, that looks awesome!

Hoyts are doing a simlar deal, but they have the Original Matrix instead of The Animatrix.

What do you think SFL, any of these tickle your fancy??

My fancy doesn't get tickled when it's a 3am show. Unless its a different kind of show ;) get me?

    [face_laugh]

Na, ummm, now that I'm working... I don't think a 3am showing would be a good idea... maybe thurs evening or something for the new movie?

    Woohoo - it's all over :)

Goodbye university hello real world..... oh wait, no more whole weekdays boozing, no more sifty student life, and now actually having to be reponsible  :( :_| Although I will be better able to finance my SW obsession!

Anyway SFL, I just figured out that on Thursday everyone else is finishing so we'll be partying hard that night so Matrix won't be possible, sorry man. Will have to do this bbq before I go though!!
