Since Roy retired, I have not had a favorite. If I had to pick one though, it would be Martin Brodeur, or whatever his name is that tends the net for New Jersey.

After that tiger attacked Roy they had to close down their Vegas show, and he had to retire from the Avalanche. I bet Sigfried is pissed.

I like Brodeur. Watch him during all-star games...he's a funny guy. Roy kicked butt in his job, but i couldn't like him.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Richter. I really liked him when I watched the USA in the Olympics a few years ago. Is he still around?

I could probably find this out pretty easily, but since we are talking about hockey, what are your favorite teams?

Los Angeles (I stil consider it my home team), Toronto. Other than that, i root for whoever has a goalie I like.

Nope, Richter retired. HE cracked his skull jumping up for a high shot and it hit him below his mask behind one of his ears. Don't do stupid things like chasing pucks that are going 20ft over the net.

According to Yahoo: Colorado will retain Joe Sakic and Rob Blake, but Peter Forsberg and Adam Foote could become salary-cap casualties

Go Blues! It's been so long since theres been hockey, I don't even know who still on my team! I still can't beleive Hull went to the crappy Red Wings, oh well at least it wasn't Boston.

Hull is now with the Coyotes..probably his last year, if he decides to even play at all. The Blues have Patrick Lalime as there goalie now and there regular crew after that (Pronger, Weight, Jackman) should be a pretty good team.

That works for me. I hate to see them both go, but Sakic is a better forward than Forseberg, and Blake is a better defenseman than Foote. Shoot, Colorado will still have Milan Hedjuk and Alex Tanguay, not bad players themselves.

I played a game there when I was 18. That place is sweet. I got to meet Jerk-face Roy, and Claude Lemieux.
