whatever the beginning of that one where he actually decided to go sith was... i'd say the mind rubbing of ben is a pretty good spot.

and i just remember it having been discussed before, in both this and the jedi draft, and it just didn't make enough sense to do it. i was for it at one point, til it was pointed out that there just isn't enough caedus to really justify it. but *shrugs* no biggie far as i'm concerned.

I would say when Caedus declared his name at the end of Sacrifice, but if one wanted to make a good argument for earlier when he flies against Mara earlier in the book, I'd be willing to take that into account as well.

if you're doing it there... caedus has what? half a year of existence? max? i mean, if you aren't even going to give him the whole nine book series, both jacen and caedus are absolutely useless for the purpose of this draft. caedus was still jacen... he even used the name with most people. yes, he was evil, but he was trying to save the galaxy from going down the tubes, and it is seriously suggested that it was to save luke from going dark in a later book. so it can definitely be argued that while the character changed... he was still that character. it is nowhere near the kind of split that you have with vader/anakin. vader existed for twenty odd years after he became vader. anakin had around twenty years as well, making it a rather even split, even if the best stuff for anakin as a fighter happened after he was vader. i'd really like to ask you to reconsider that split, because it really just doesn't make any sense.

if you REALLY want to have it optional, then have it where you can pick, like you can in the jedi draft with revan. and jacen i think. sure, you may be losing the upper end of what he did as jacen, but he also isn't the cohesion nightmare that caedus is. as caedus you have everything, but someone that pretty well makes working with a group of people that know ANYTHING about him a pain.

After talking it over with Jello, I'm keeping Jacen and Caedus the same.

Also no trade spot trading DarkEagle, not after the chaos that was last draft. However a pilot that you select with a high first rounder is rather good trade bait if you were to swap it for other pilots.

Yeah that's fine, although you'd probably want to clear it with me before hand just so you don't get burned with a pilot you don't want if it's a lopsided deal.

Just the number of trades each GM can do. You can trade multiple pilots in one trade, but you get two trades total, just to cut down on insanity.

Totally agree with Jacen/Caedus staying the same, we just had that same discussion in the Jedi Draft. Though I refuse to believe they're the same person.

And lol, please keep that team name, Despised. Including the colors.

Also this just in, LordOblivion is trading Soontir Fel, then disappearing from the boards until the next draft.

That's only because I haven't argued for her yet. I think Wedge is overrated, and Jaina underrated.

There's been multiple times in multiple books lately where Jaina has been mentioned (realistically) in the same breath as Luke, concerning piloting skill and force use. On top of that, she has amazing experience and amazing feats unmatched by Wedge or anybody under him in terms of skill.
