Not sure about the rest, but the opposing top 3 fall to mine.

I also have some great pairings, Saba and Tesar & Lowbacca. Anakin and Adi. Plo and Mace. Maarek should be able to work with everyone, and I think would have a healthy respect for Anakin.



I have amazing cohesion, some good melding to boot. They aren't taking down my top 3.

umm... mika... you do not have cohesion. you have pieces of it... in places, but this does not a cohesive unit make. if you want to see cohesion look at the top four of the other squad.

 

bror jace too and maybe even face to a lesser extent too cause they were all in a wedge squad at some point. individual skill i think you have the better squad, but like trimaj said the other squad has way better cohesion.

My entire top 3 is better, 2 of that top 3 have direct cohesion....as well as 2 additional pilots from the lower ranks. 3 mid tier pilots have direct cohesion, as well as the ability to use Force Meld....which the other Jedi should be able to pick up seeing as they are some of the best the Old Republic had to offer.

Then of course the other team has Asajj, that is a thermal detonator thrown into the mix for their team, besides completely hating Jedi she also hasn't ever flown with anyone on the team. Nor does Nym have any kind of experience with anyone.

Bror and Face cohesively is a sketchy stretch at best.

At the end of the day you only have 4 people on the opposing team that have flown together ever, while I have a group of 3 and a group of 4. Of those that haven't flown together I would say that Jedi clearly have an advantage on being able to pick up on the intent of others on their team.

All said and done, I don't have anyone who is a - in the cohesion column like the other team does....and the one person who hasn't flow with anyone is far superior to most of the opposing team (arguably being one of the top 2 in the entire fight), it is going to be hard for the opposing team to make up for the skill deficit you have in the top 3. Personally I feel that Maarek and Anakin are two of the best pilots in this fight.

Actually, you could even argue that Maarek will be familiar with Anakin, he has flown with Vader and unless Vader has drastically altered his tactics in a ship Maarek will instantly find flying on his team comfortable and familiar.

 

if you'll note, i only said the top four of the other squad mika. i didn't say the squad overall had great cohesion. and all i said was that you don't have great cohesion. you certainly have some cohesive links, but it's not amazing by any means. which was the exact word you used.

and unless i'm mistaken, yes, vader does fly extremely differently than anakin. for instance, in the examples we see him flying, he doesn't do the stupidly impossible things anakin does.

also, if you'll note, i said NOTHING about skill. at all.

but whatever. obviously i don't have any idea what i'm talking about. i mean, i'm not the one who keeps mentioning how unsure they are in this draft.

 

I am not arguing with you or even discussing the match with you, as you aren't a judge there is no point. I am posting for the judge's benefit. Stop defending yourself and arguing all the time, PLEASE.

Also not sure why in every draft we are in you go out of your way to comment on my teams, but it does get old.

My feeling is that my squad has some very good cohesion, yours is different. Huzzah.

I'm voting Jedi Starfighter Corps and Requiem for a Draft.

While I think Corran is better than Stele I like when people argue and actually seem like they care so thanks for trying to have an argument.

Requiem's team is solid and the other team is pretty weak on the bottom half.

 

I'm voting for Jedi Starfighters becaues Adi Gallia is hotter than Corran Horn

and Requiem because I can't vote against Luke.
