Yeah, he's doing a lot better than I expected. He's like a breath of fresh air, with a sunny disposition. Very open and authentic.

I was thinking, maybe he should have been running originally. I don't agree with him on a lot of things, but he has charisma I think. That can go a long way.

Kaine just said, in Spanish, to immigrants in the crowd: "Thanks for choosing us."

Contrast that with Trump's speech a few nights ago, tying immigrants to murdering innocent Americans, police officers, and bankrupting the country.

I'm sure there are some areas I wish Kaine could be stronger in, but that was really great. Lots of momentum going into convention.

Yeah, and this VP rollout was also no comparison to Trump/Pence. There's just no comparison. Different dimensions.

The VP debate is certainly not going to be as boring as people were thinking, that's for sure...

Like I said before pretty much my whole family is Conservative, plus I grew up in a small farming town. Now on the flip side, a lot of my American Indian friends are straight up Liberals, some even border on being Socialists.

So after all that I find myself more in the middle of the road. Which is why I am supporting Gary Johnson. I don't 100% support Liberal or Conservative views. A most interesting route to take being American Indian myself, you would think I am also Liberal. But I'm not.

    Yeah I'm a weirdo..............lol

Is Gary Johnson that Libertarian third party candidate, I think voting for a third party candidate especially a conservative one like a Libertarian just is like throwing your vote away and helping Hillary! now Ralph Nader on the other hand has burnt the Democrats in the past and was throwing votes away for Progressive liberals...

Superdelegate compromise has passed, I feel like it could have gone a lot farther but at least there's some reform. And it also won't be finalized until 2018.

I wish they included language about eliminating caucuses too, though I guess the states control that.

the odd thing about this for me is that its so different from a lot of you and i really don't discriminate politically in who i friend. like, the majority of my friends are gonna be people ive met through the social dancing community, which splits pretty even between milquetoast liberals and right wingers in my experience. i dont think ive ever unfriended anyone for their political beliefs either (although i think i have been quietly unfriended at least a couple times for mine). i even live in a rather reliably right wing part of the country, albeit in the urban part of the state. but yeah i dont understand why i have so few trump supporters on my friends list compared to some of you

Rogue, I mean I don't like pages -- and most of the people I know are voting for Trump haven't liked his page either. I also don't unfriend people for political views, and I've only been unfriended by one person I'm aware of (and it's the person I've had the least "fights" with on Facebook).

It takes the most generous reading possible of last week's events to think Cruz came out on top after reneging on his promise to support the GOP nominee.

The general thought is that he's banking -- like many GOP strategists -- on Trump losing yuuuuge and then being able to say "I told you so" to the party, thus proving he was the only non-craven GOP member for a 2020 run, but I think you're fundamentally correct and his misreading of just how many people on his own side dislike him will play more.

    Clinton: 4
    Stein: 1

At least one person liked more than one person in that list. it looks like I don't have many people on Facebook, but I have about 150 actually.
