At least the other two are pretty cut and dry? TK and Rey have nothing that puts them on the same level as Quinlan, and I tend to think Kylo is underrated. Kota is great, but he isn't 'beats Jaina' great.

 

Maybe if he had prep, Ulic is one of the best pure fighters this draft has.

I like the Shan/Senya v. Arcann fight. Should be a good one.

As far as the three Sith Masters, I'm pretty sure they take Shaak Ti no problem.
I know there is little love for Plageius, but his power in the force has to be reckoned with here.

Arcann v Senya + Bastila

I think Arcann is substantially the strongest of the 3 fighters here- he's consistently been shown as a threat to a top-tier opponent in the Outlander (and would probably have killed them if not for Valkorian). Let's not forget how strong the Outlander is: by the time they face Arcann, the Outlander has tackled their own storyline bosses, the Dread Masters (incredibly powerful Sith Lords), Revan Reborn, and tons of "lesser" enemies (Elite troopers, Zakuul Knights, Sith Lords, etc). And Arcann can beat them.

Let's here from Senya herself:

Senya can't handle her own three children. Give Arcann decades of intense combat experience and growth of his Force powers and I think that's more than enough to make up for the lack of child-Thexan and weakened child-Vaylin.

Senya just doesn't have enough (or anything) to her credit that puts her on par with people like the Outlander or full-power Arcann.

As for Bastila, she also doesn't have much going for her. No high-profile fights that she does well in. Little experience against top-tier foes. Her own, much better, descendant doesn't have the chops to beat Arcann:

-Satele Shan and the Outlander

I don't see enough from the duo that indicates they'd be able to take down Arcann.

 

I felt that Arcann would take that fairly easily.

 

It doesn't seem like we're getting many arguments for these matches, so I'll give it 24 hours and then we can move on.

 

I really just don't see anything from Ben that puts him above Ulic at this point, so I don't know how to argue this.

Evil.

 

I haven't had the time or energy, especially when the lean is already towards my side anyway.

8. Darth Plagueis vs. 8. Lowbacca/Tesar Sebatyne - I'm unimpressed with Plageuis without prep. We haven't seen him take anyone down in a pure, straight-up duel. Lowie and Tesar, however, we've seen do plenty. They'll have a mind-meld going on, Tesar has the natural hunting instincts, and both are pretty good with a blade.

I'm starting to think you're just auto-wired to disagree with me on the close matches.

Which is fine. That was my strategy as a judge in the Star Fighter Draft. If it was close, I'd always just disagree with GrandAdmiralJello. Which lead to me voting up Jedi a lot and voting down Imps a lot. But whatever.

 

Yeah I'm not even going to try and argue for Wyyrlok against Dooku.

 

I voted Te Corso over Mother Talzin TRUMPED Asajj Ventress .... every match is worth arguing!

 

Ok. Wyyrlok is the man and Dooku sucks!
