If only you had made these arguments before judging. As it is, I will flip on Traya. Your argument about her knowledge of Nar Shadaa swayed me.

My problem with Kas’im though is we have one chapter really on how great he is. Meanwhile, Vestara has novels where she takes on essentially a god in Abeloth and survives. In no way am I saying she would survive on her own, but I am saying that her survival skills are impressive given the numerous times she should have died (she’s no K’kruhk though) and she did end up killing a lot of her fellow sith-including her father- which now that I think about it makes the whole trump very interesting...

However the reason for that survival is her skill and training as well as her force potential which both Luke and ship touch on a few times.

I suspect Ken will vote for Kas’im. But yeah, switching my vote to:

Desthon/Tavithon over Traya (prepped)-- Know this is a vote in spirit only but I just went through all of Kreia's exploits for the last round and she really does kinda suck! She never wins a battle like ever. I barely had her over Kam Solusar, and sometimes deep in my dreams his Bruce Willis face appears and says "Bro wtf did I do to you she sucks." And then says yippee-ki-yay and blows me up. Desann on the other hand actually took it to Luke Skywalker at one point! And he has a partner here! He'd bite her head off unless prep means she gets Ian Malcolm to distract him with a flare.

Vestara/Gavar Khai vs. Kas'im/Thaan

Okay the real one. DE is his usual on point self, Kas'im is def the best in this match, and BM-boosted I agree he could light up these two...but he'd need to do all the heavy lifting quickly since Kaan would get his tush whooped by either. Since I don't think the Khais-- who had the balls to plan an ambush of Luke-- would just rush in to get sliced for no reason, that'd mean Kaan becomes a combatant quicker than the Brotherhood duo would want.

I don't love the "this guy will die it immediately and will be a 2 on 1!" line usually, but Kaan really hasn't shown much of anything in individual combat to believe it wouldn't go that way pretty early, especially if he's distracted fueling his buddy a la Worror. For Kas'im being the biggest strength in the match, that's the biggest weakness. That strength though is such that even 2-1, if the Lost peeps straight up duel him, I could still see the Blademaster closing out a battle of skill.

But Vestara has two consistent characteristics in her favor:
1) She's got a Ventress-level sense of danger and how to dodge it. A place like Nar Shaddaa is perfect for her to leap and hide and strike on her own terms, with the benefit of a trump partner to do the same, rather than wage a war of attrition like Bane.
2) She's shown an ability to get her shots in on way better talent (slashing Luke-- also a master of all 7 Forms of lightsaber combat and beyond-- after not dying immediately against him, blasting Abeloth & Jaina with Force lightning). Those are some solid peeps she faces down, and if she knocks Kas'im off kilter in the same way it means Gavar (despite what might be an awkward dinner after) could clean it up.

There's still a scenario where Gavar gets his head lopped off and it's harder for Vestara to do guerrilla warfare, and maybe this is a sort-of unconscious makeup call for that Traya travesty, but I can't shake seeing the glittering Vegas towers of Nar Shaddaa and thinking it'd play out more like a Jedi Outcast rumble through the streets than a pitched temple duel. Blame Google images for the visual, DE.
