Wash, DC The 5th Meeting thread (Nov)

So, no meeting at the library? (I think we might want to try for a real meeting to decide once and for all if we're having a DVD party, and for that matter if we're still going to try for a holiday party)

If we're meeting at the IMAX, what time should we be there? For that matter, what day?

Today I will try to wander by the food court in the Underground here in Crystal City (Arlington). If it isn't gated closed on weekends, I guarantee it's quiet since all the customers are office workers during the week. It might be a place to consider as it is metro accessible and really quiet on weekends.

 

I don't think I'll be able to go the IMAX movie. I'll have to find out... but yeah~ I think we should have a real meeting.

 

yeah, since all of us are not going to the IMAX at the same time, it might be a good idea to set up a meeting for November after all. and TK, you aren't going to the IMAX?

 

Not this weekend. I'm going to my dad's and Valerie can't go Friday and she said we're probably not going Saturday. O_O *shrugs* It's playing till Jan. --- I'll see it sometime.

 

Since this topic is going nowhere fast... I assume that now we can have the meeting before the DVD party at Ken & Eugenia's. (If that's okay with them, of course...) We can discuss the Christmas party, the hospital visit thing and whatevah else is on people's minds...

Afternoon would probably be better... if people are taking the Metro, they might not want to be out too late.

But I'm a big boy now, and I don't mind traveling late at night on the the metro.

If I had a magical device that could stop time, that would be very helpful! TK has been busy with school and I've been uberbusy at work. We will get the site done eventually... Part of the problem is that when we work on it and then go back to it after a while, we don't like it anymore and start over. But we talked about it last night, and we aren't going to do that anymore! Promise!

Hi everyone. I'm back from my battle with death. Ask Sha, I was bad on Friday. So you want the meeting before the DVD party at Ken and E's house on the 16th of Nov. I suggest a time of 1 o'clock. for the meewting to start and the movie starts at 2.

 

well if's ok with Eugenia and Ken, that sounds good to me.
