Brrrr!!! This is nuts! This is the second day in a row school has been cancelled! I hope the kids are having fun! I've spent most of the past two days trying to revamp my lesson plans in my head, trying to figure out how in the world to fit all the tests we were supposed to take this week into next week! It's crazy!

*fire magically starts in the fire place*

*sits down on comfy couch with a mug of hot chocolate*

Ah, this is the life.

*picks up Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and continues reading*

 

Yeah, school for my borthers was cancelled for the second day in a row again...and I was sick! lol

was -38 out here with windchill!

 

School's been cancelled for the third day in a row. Today they couldn't get 50% of the buses started.

*pulls out book and reads*

 

it rained all day so I'm tired. (sleeps on floor)

Well, we had school today, but I couldn't get my car started! I had to call my roommate's dad, and he brought me to work. The students thought they had a supply today, because they didn't see my car out front! It was frickin freezin...

But right now, I am in Sussex, and very happy. And in a warm house. But very tired. It's 2:15am. So I'm going to bed.

*curls up on couch and falls fast asleep, with big blanket curled around her and teddy bear in her arms*

 

I wish I had had classes cancelled. But Hell would have to freeze over first, apparently!

*glares at the world*

I wish class was cancelled, even though I know rehearsals won't be.

Hey, I hear it's supossed to snow tonight. I think if I miss another day of school I'll drive myself insane with boredness.

 

Well, another day, another school cancelation. I got stranded in Sussex last night. However, it's ok, because school in Woodstock was canceled, so no personal day lost.

So now I'm sitting at my friend's house in Sussex, just chillin...Saint John wasn't canceled today.

Anyone else canceled?

*moves over to couch and wonders what movie to watch on the wall-sized TV*

Sorry I haven't been around much. I have a pretty serious family emergency going on back in Florida, and because of it, I'm having to work a lot over in the states (I picked up a second job serving Big Macs and French Fries again!). Seems like everything is functioning fine without me, though.

If y'all could remember my family in your thoughts and prayers, though, it would be great. We're in for quite a few rough months/possibly years here...

*heads off to bed so she doesn't fall asleep in the fry vat tomorrow*
