JCC The age of miracles has not passed.

USA Today is reporting that WB will be releasing the complete "Batman" series on DVD later this year. Anyone else heard anything about this?

 

Looking forward to watching these further adventures of Christian Bale.

 

It's apparently an extremely cursory "We're releasing the complete series and some kind of Blu-Ray is involved" announcement after Conan O'Brien leaked it. No dates, possible special features, or other formats are known.

I'm planning to buy it anyway.

 

The Adam West incarnation? Oh right on.

 

Good, I can replace my bootleg copies with real ones.

There needs to be a mode to turn it into a drinking game.

 

Now, the next two questions are, "Will these be unedited?" and "Does this mean we'll get an official release of the 'Green Hornet' series, too?"

 

BTAS is already out on video/DVD. I know people that own them all.

No, this is about the Adam West series, the one that had so many rights issues that we figured it'd take Divine Intervention for an official release.

 

Really don't care about the rest of the show, but DAMN, the episodes where Julie Newmar played Catwoman were easily the best way for my 13 year old self to spend some quality alone time after school.

She's still not bad looking for 80.
