Would've been interesting if Anakin resisted, Ahsoka never left the order, and the Clone Wars Dragged on.

 

When her creator is also the main show runner for every animated show and is obsessed with her character to the point of breaking canon and creating time travel in SW lore to make sure she can't die than yes it's not unbelievable at all. I'm expecting her to show up in sequel era kick Luke while he's down and then show him how to be a proper Jedi Master.

 

I do want to point out that legends had time travel.

Yeah but that doesn't help with the argument against Ahsoka.

 

Oh, I know, but they did say that he brought it into Star Wars just to save her, which is false because he did not come up with it first. On the other hand the only reason time travel was used was to save her. However it did not break canon.

 

He's been bringing things out of legends quite a bit.

I won't argue with that, but I would be highly surprised if she was given more than just a cameo. It tends to create a continuity issue if she suddenly becomes too involved. Would you be annoyed if they did give her a cameo and nothing more?

 

I was annoyed when they reduced Hera to nothing more than some insignificant name drop in R1; but yet they featured an otherwise BORING character in Saw. That certainly wouldn't cut it for me especially if Ahsoka was concerned.

Need a film of her either during ROTJ-TFA or during her OT time so we know what shes been doing .. I don't think it will be long before live action Ahsoka appears... with hopefully Ashley playing her.

 

Does kathleen even know who ahsoka is?

They just seem So out of touch with this new trilogy. Pushing these new characters on us when they have characters in the lore already to develop.

 

I mean does it really matter? Kathleen handles the business side of Lucasfilm and thus she leaves that to other people. I am sure she knows, but why would it matter?

 

I feel as if they need new leadership.

 

That's understandable. For me though, I'm more of a "Take what I can get" sort of person. I would love to see her involved with this last movie as long as her absence during the OT is given a brief explanation in the movie. She should be pretty old though (upper 70s if I'm not mistaken) for any high action scenes IMHO so I'm not sure her doing much acrobatic fighting in this next movie would come off well. I just think the Ahsoka we know will be hard to put into a live action movie or TV show.
