I’m glad nothing like this happened. I hope they stay dead. Not everyone can somehow survive Order 66. It’s better this way.

 

To be fair, I think if any Jedi are to survive Order 66, it should be Jedi we already know. Killing off everyone we know then having some Jedi (Which we know for a fact are out there) be completely new characters rubs me the wrong way.

 

The Vader comic has done the right thing so far of having both new and old Jedi Survive the initial order.

 

Looks like Sabine's voice actress appears to be pushing for a spinoff with her character and Ahsoka.

The Rebels ending gave rise to such hopes, but it actually means a huge amount of work and resources ahead for the Lucasfilm's staff. Ahsoka and Ezra wouldn't contribute to rebuilding of the Jedi Order with Luke. It may imply that Ahsoka/Ezra/Sabine will be stuck in the Unknown Regions for good, and this area still needs a thorough description. May be Dave Filoni and Rian Johnson will work together on this paramount task. They are always welcome.

 

We'll see. They really didn't have to end the series that way, with Sabine going off with a post-ROTJ Ahsoka. I believe they have something up their sleeves.

 

This makes it more likely that the next series might have nothing to do with Rebels. They do owe us a continuation of Sabine sand Ahsoka’s story though. That was quite the cliffhanger.

 

Problem is Sabine's Voice Actor is now apart of a new TV show.. and Tyia is in the main cast.

 

Doesn't necessarily mean that they couldn't follow the story through some other venue; like a comic series or book.

This story shouldn't go to Books... its so good for TV.. putting it into Books/Comics ruins something with so much potential for me.

 

Yeah but while I'm sure Ashley would be more than happy to reprise Ahsoka's role, Tyia might be too preoccupied to move forward. I couldn't picture someone else voicing Sabine, could you?

 

No of course, just leaving it sometime makes me feel ill xD I want it now its a main thing a lot of the animated fans want now!

 

Once that show is canceled, she'll have plenty of time for voice acting! In all seriousness though, voicing a cartoon character shouldn't be all that time consuming. I hope the cliffhanger leads into animation, not a novel or comics. If the story is told in a book, the chances of an Ahsoka the white action figure heavily diminish!

 

My bet is the next show will not follow anything from Rebels, Ahsoka will most likely not appear. However the show after that will be the continuation of Rebels.

I remember Ashley Eckstein telling that she worked with Matt Lanter (Anakin) for two weeks during recording of one season of the Clone Wars. And they both had a plenty of lines there.
