The Amazing Race: Season Premiere Tonight

So first episode was mediocre, but they normally are. First episode and i already hate a team. I think this is the first time i have ever hated a team on the first episode. Terence and Sarah have no redeeming qualities thus far. She is possibly more annoying than Mirna and that takes alot. My favorites thus far are Nick and Star and the Comic book guys.

also i have never seen frat brother that look like that, what frat are they in?

 

Star and her brother, and the kid and his mother, seemed a little *too* close, if you get my drift.

I was rather sorry to see the elderly hippies go. I like bees.

 

Yeah but Nick is obviously gay so its a little less creepy.

a. How many idiots does it take to overthink a roadblock? 18 (everyone minus the Geeks)

b. Could Terrence and Sarah get more annoying? No.

c. Tina, you are not the sole reason they change planes get off your over-inflated ego. Her husband should wear a dog collar.

d. What frat are those guys from? and is their frat changing their letters to deny it? I would.


The Southern Belles are amazingly stupid instead of just stupid. And Nick is creepy beyond description.

 

Dos anyone remember season 3? That was my favorite season

 

I started watching in the fifth season.

 

Yeah, I believe that is when CBS started to finally do heavy promotion of it, and they also placed it during the summer where it ould become a sleeper hit. The first season bombed due to peoplebeing disinterested in tv and especially in travel after September 11th, and it had mediocre/bad ratings up until the 5th season. The 3rd season was always my favorite though. I'm lucky I taped it beause I never see any torrents of it

 

I got the first season on DVD.

 

What did you think of it?

 

It was very good. But I haven't seen the second, third or fourth.

Oh, brother, a combination of not reading the clue and not being able to wrestle with women lead to the geeks downfall.

 

I know, i was sad about the geeks. And can we put a muzzle on some of these contestants? Seriously the sports-bra feud is the most stupid thing ever. I can't even believe those two women would accuse someone of knocking it to the floor. Thats like the most petty issue.

BTW, i've actually seen every season on TV, when it aired. Although they have started to blend together.

 

I absolutely agree re the feud.

Unfortunately, there are few sympathetic couples.

 

I'm feeling like a need a little love. Would anyone mind playing with my hair for a while?

At least Terrence and Sarah are out, they were getting annoying.

Now I'm rooting for the Mom - Son team.

 

The Frats are just about as annoying, though.
