This is actually a good idea.

My mom, crazy as she is, bought me some really cool things. Mom and my step-dad went to the Midland Antiques Mall and got me two centra mounted two sided TPM posters. One is Darth Maul and Jar Jar and the other Qui-Gon and Amidala. *pouts* Alas no Obi-Wan. Now to find a place to put them :)

I was putting on my shoes this morning and noticed the tread on my right shoe was worn much more than my left...my only conclusion is that all my years as a skateboarder have permanently affected the way I walk. On a similar note, I'd love it if they'd release all the Bones Brigade videos on dvd, especially "The Search for Animal Chin".

I've noticed that too with my legs. My left leg is short than my right leg, or I lean on my left leg or something. Also, I have less muscle in my left leg, especially my hip, than my right. I have no idea why. Maybe that's why I'm such a clutz.

I'd love to post here but you see... My little brother got his arm stuck in the microwave and my grandmother freaked out and hijacked a school bus full of penguins. Then I was rowing down 38th street and one of the bowling pin fell out and I didn't know how many pancakes to use to shingle the roof of the house.

I apologize if I've already posted these before...trying to get as much mileage out of them as possible. ;) The really funny stuff (imo) can't be posted due to language, other stuff is pretty funny (again, imo) if you understand what I'm parodying.

Two connected scenes from The Godfather Part 2

*Jabba's Palace Dance Hall where everyone cheers and throws confetti into the air for Boonta Eve. Everyone hugs and kisses. Jabba the Hutt shimmies over to his bounty hunter and hugs him*

Jabba (whispering into Greedo's ear): <<There's a sail barge waiting for us to take us to Mos Espa in an hour, alright? Don't make a big thing about it.>> *He grabs Greedo on both sides of the face and kisses him on the mouth* <<I know it was you, Greedo -- you broke my heart -- you broke my heart!>>

*Greedo gets free and walks away quickly*

    Later....

*Greedo puts a young Boba Fett into a small skiff*

    Gardulla the Hutt: <<Boba -- Boba!>>

Greedo: He's here, we're goin' bullseyeing for wamprats.

Gardulla: <<No, Jabba wants to take him to Coruscant now.>>

Greedo: Oh, crap. Okay kid you got to go to Coruscant with your boss. Come on Boba -- I'll take you bullseyeing for wamprats again tomorrow.
*Greedo lifts Boba out of the skiff*
Greedo: That a boy. Hey Boba -- listen -- I'll blast one for you with the secret, alright.
    *Boba nods his head*
    Greedo:Okay.
    *Boba leaves*
    Greedo:Okay, Han let's go.

*Han takes Greedo out on the skiff*

General Madine: Where is thy salute?

Jar Jar Binks: For presenting yousa selves on dissn' battlefield, I given yousa 'tanks.

General Madine: This is our army. To join it you give homage.

Jar Jar Binks: I given homage to de Rebellion. And if disan yousa army, why does it go?

Ric Olie: We didn't come here to fight for them.

Captain Typo: Home. The Clones are too many.

Jar Jar Binks: Sonas of dem Naboo, Mesa Jar Jar Binks!

Ric Olie: Jar Jar Binks is 7 feet tall.

Jar Jar Binks: Yes, meesa heard. Hesa killen droiyos by da hundreds, and if hesa were here he'd consume dey Clone bombads withsa fireballs from hisa eyes and bolts of lightning from heesa peeyousa. Meesa Jar Jar Binks, and meesa see a whole army of Gungan warriors herein defiance of bombad tyranny. Yousa have come to fighten as free men, and free men yousa are. What will yousa do with that freedom? Will yousa fight?

Captain Typo: Fight against that? No, we will run, and we will live.

Jar Jar Binks: Aye, fighten and yousa people gonna die, run and yousa live. At least a while. And dying in yousa beds many years from now, would yousa be willing to traden all dem days from thisun to that for one chance, justun one chance to come back here and tell mesa bombad enemies that they may take our lives, but dem never take our freedom?!

*Naboo trumpets blare as Gungan warriors began chanting*

    **********

Count Dooku: They seem quite optimistic to me. Maybe they do want to fight.

Jango Fett: Confrontation might be a foregone conclusion, my lord. But nonetheless, I think we should deliver the Emperor's terms.

Count Dooku: The Emperor's terms; He'll never live up to them.

Jango Fett: My lord, I think--.

Count Dooku: Alright, offer them the terms.

    **********

General Organa: They're coming out. Shall we go and meet them?

General Madine: Let me do the talking.

General Kenobi: Well, at least the negotiations should be short.

    **********

Captain Tarpalls: Itsa fine speech. Whatta wesa do now?

Jar Jar Binks: Just bein' yousa selves. *Turns his Kaduu to the field*

Boss Nass: Where are yousa going?

Jar Jar Binks: Meesa going to pick eh fight.

Boss Nass: Well, wesa didn't get all dressed up for nothing.

    **********

(As the Jango Fett offers the terms, Jar Jar Binks constantly interrupts him.)

Jango Fett: Madine, Organa, Kenobi. Here are the emperor's terms. Lead this army off field and he will give you each estates in Alderaan, including hereditary title, from which you will pay--, from which you will pay him an annual trademark licensing fee--.

Jar Jar Binks: Meesa have an offer for yousa.

General Madine: This is Jar Jar Binks.

Jango Fett (Ignoring Jar Jar): From which you will pay the emperor an annual trademark licensing fee--.

Jar Jar Binks: Meesa said Meesa have an offer for yousa.

General Organa (To Jar Jar): You disrespect a banner of truce?

Jar Jar Binks: From heesa Emperor? Absolutely. Here are dey Gungan's terms. Lower yousa flags, marcha straight back to bombad-Geonosis, stopping at every home to beg'gin forgiveness for dey 100 years of theft, rape, and murder. Do that and your clones shall live. Do it not, and meesa tinks every one of yousa will die.

I ate a Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Wendy's today in honor of Dave Thomas. R.I.P.

Unfortunately for me, both the sandwhich and the fries were undercooked. The coke was tasty though.

I got a good deal on T-bone steak at the grocery store today! For me, that's exciting!
Also, I really dug that new footage they posted. I can see why bluescreen is so
boring for the actors. Seeing lines of dialogue together, if ever so briefly, is
    awesome, though.

So I was sitting ala Dooku at the Pacers Vs. Lakers game last night, when my dad (who's sitting on the other side of the fieldhouse) comes over and tells me that Sam Donaldson is sitting in one of the suites behind him. Sure enough, Sam and his bad toupee were there. I don't have any idea why an ABC national news man would be at a Pacer game...I know ABC is getting the NBA broadcasting rights next year, but is Sam going to do the commentary? Inquiring minds aren't interested.

Speaking of the Pacers, they got their arses handed to them last night. Brutal.

Peral Harbor DVD - Never has a cheesy movie made me soooo angry. What's next Mr. Bruckheimer, "Sept 11th: The Musical"? You could take 30 minutes of that movie and have an excellent Attack recreation for the Discovery Channel. A lot of special effects work & a tragic moment in history wasted.

We already have that thread, it's the You're online, so are you thread. ;)

This is more like the "Let it Out" column in the Star.

On a related note, it's kinda fun having the ability to rename threads on an whim....it's more fun to hunt down and ban trolls though.
