Good morning all...

Last night / this morning I learned that late night infomercials are very annoying.

I was especially fond of the one where the guy was trying to sell these "super knives" that he sliced his finger on and replied, "see bob, they are sharp", as his hand dripped with blood.

Sorry, I was up very late, well actually haven't gone to bed yet, doing a rewrite on my syllabus for next semester that I have to turn in tomorrow, (Thursday).

Actually, I feel fine, my throat isn't even sore, I just happened to lose my voice. Couldn't tell you why. Maybe to much woo-hooing on my birthday...

Hi there, y'all. I'm sorry some of you aren't feeling well. Dodge, hope you feel better. Jaira, understand the losing voice due to carrying on thing. I remember one trip I made to Six Flags Magic Mountain (in Valencia, California), and I was screaming on the rides so much I lost my voice before noon! Police, you were talking about a syllabus; are you an instructor?

Heck, mine was sure pretty doggone decent! I got my History test score back from Monday: an 85, and with full credit on the extra credit assignment I believe I made a recovery. Not to mention, I'm pretty hopeful with the final I took tonight. My instructor told me "Unless you bombed this final, you should be back to a B." I can call him tomorrow evening between 7 and 8 (while I'm watching Smallville ) and find out the score to my Final and my final grade. You know I'll be posting that! Now I just have to take my Psych Final tomorrow, but it's just memorizing some flash cards for the most part. When I find out my history grade, I'll probably have already received my psych grade as well. Well, I'll shut up for now. Better study (between karaoke songs at the JR Rockers on base ).

I know what you mean; I about broke mine walking into Hastings, and then again on my way out! Not to mention I was late to my dental appointment this morning because even with wind of a frozen Thursday morning I didn't think about giving myself any "scrape-off-the-car time".

Just thought I'd mention that everyone should check the campaign thread... for all your current election news.

Why is it that you always get a toothache on a Thursday night, when the dentist is closed on Fridays, and then by Sunday evening it is gone so you don't call the dentist on Monday, but then when Friday evening rolls back around...toothache is back again???
It's completely crazy!!!

Oh well, I'm going to try the sleep thing again.....
We'll see what happens.
