Very good. Especially the Chiss James Bond

One minor quibble: on the cover of Hero's Trial, Han and Leia should appear older. They're nearly 50 at the time...

 

I really liked the Clone Wars Vader and the James Thrawn pics!

 

TheProphetOfSullust: Thanks Now that you mention it, Han and Leia do look too young (mostly Leia). Looks like I'm pulling a Japanese NJO cover

DarthMaul431: Thanks Brosnan does kind of look like Thrawn, which I think helps witht the quality of the picture. The Clone Wars Vader was probably the funnest and most tedious thing I've done in Photoshop for a long time. I'm glad you like it

When I get my lazy ass moving (sometime next week), I'm gonna make a new Conquest cover.

Thanks I don't remember exactly where I got the font, but it's called EPISODE I. I hope that helps

Thanks I'll try and make some more wallpapers, but I need to find good images. Like of Mace or padmé, and I don't know any like that.

 

If you want, I can help you find some things. There's not many good promotional shots of Mace though, just mostly images from the films. There is one good Padme pic I know of too.

By the way, I was able to find that font (as well as a ton of other cool ones). Thanks!

 

Very nice work. I particulary like the Matix poster .

What program are you using? If it's Photoshop, I have some good tips on blending colors - like on Padme's face.

 

DarthMaul: PM me the pictures, as long as they're only promotional shots. I'm trying to remain spoiler free, so I don't want any pics from in movie.

Ok, this usually works extreamly well for me. Duplicate the layer you are going to blend, just as a backup. Take your eyedropper and select the color you want to blend to (in this case the purlpleish color on Trinity's face). Next, open up the color pallette. Ok, you will see that the three sliders are all in a certain place (you'll need to be RGB for this to work). Open up the color balance window, and move those sliders to match the ones on the color pallette as best you can. Depending on what you want, you may want to do midtones, shadows, and highlights, but I usually just do midtones.

After that, a lot of times I put the original unblended layer below the blended one and play around the blending modes to get a look that I like - it's up to you. (Wow that was a lot of blends)

Did that make any sense at all? Don't hesitate to ask if any of that was confusing.

BTW, since you are in CS you could try the match color feature. However, I don't find it to be that great.

 

Wait, how do you get to the color balance window?

 

These are wonderful, ThrawnRocks! I especially like the wallpapers: the compositions are very clean, and the tag lines really make them! I think my current favs are Anakin and the Vader pieces--keep it coming!

You can get to the color balance window by hitting ctrl+b or by by going to image>adjustments>color balance.

 

DVA: I wasn't able to get that to work well, but I accedentally hit automatic color or something and it seemed to fit well. Thaks for your help

HanSolo: Thaks I felt that since he doesn't have many quotable lines, esp. ones that have anything to do with Episode 3, I decided to put the line we are all dying to hear him say Earlyer today I was juggling the idea of making some with more humorous quotes, but now I forgot my ideas
