lol although some of our stars are getting old. Warney and McGrath would not have many seasons left, and the batmen not much better i think

England will win the next Ashes series in 2 years time when McGrath & Warne have retired

Without Warne & McGrath the Aussies will be unable to bowl out England for a small total
The influence of Warne & McGrath is such that wehn they leave it will demoralise the team

So far Australia's big batting players have not performed, so England will be able to bowl them out for a low score with their big naems like Harmison, Flintoff & Jones

We just need to improve our batting....a lot :p

G'day fellas, just another Aussie dropping in to say hi!

I'm a huge cricket fan, and to tell you the truth, I'd like to see England to well this Ashes. It's good to see the Aussies lose sometimes. I don't think highly of the Aussie cricketers - only the WA boys in Gilly and Justin Langer.

Anyways, just dropped in to check the place out as I have a trip all planned out your way for next year (away from the Ashes hype) and want to get to the lovely people here before, say an international meet?

    Bugger the Aussies, go England!

I didn't go to Edgbaston when I was last in England (2003). I saw Eng vs Zim at Headingley (ODI wash out) and Eng vs South Africa (ODI) at Old Trafford. And I saw my two fave cricketers, Mike Hussey and Murray Goodwin, play for their counties.

Maybe my next trip will be a little more productive - less cricket more SW? I want to go to an international meet!

You do know that Austalia do have the bonus of actually leaving England when the series is finished, don't you? :p
