Not sure which one you are referring to. They were both the result of feeble headers

And then we have Neymar's penalty last night vs Columbia, pretty much the complete opposite end of the quality spectrum

And with a slight (but brilliant) embellishment

Ibrahimovic is quality, few forwards in the world could single-handedly turn a game around like he did with moments of world class.

Rooney should be that type of player for England, sadly he's never managed it

That is why Everton will not finish 4th. Can't take our chances.

On the plus side, there couldn't be a more deserving side or manager at the bottom of the Premier League.

That's why Manchester United probably won't win the league.

Zaha is distinctly better than Beckford. He's actually the kind of flair player that England should be looking at. Yeah he's only 20 but he's easily the best player outside of the premiership. I've seen him live twice now and he impressed on both occasions. The whole attack went through him.

Besides, he's young. This is exactly what England should be doing -- blooding youth. Isn't this exactly what you've been advocating the last few years?

I do think it's stupid that he could still play for Ivory Coast though, yeah.

Missed Rooney today. And Hernandez works far better as an impact sub late on, not as a starter.

Erm, I never said I disapproved of him being given experience of the senior side. Only that one can never tell - no matter how good someone might appear in the Championship - how someone will cope with the step up. Praise him, but keep it in check until he's been tested.

I was thinking afterwards I should have said John Ruddy Ruddy.

Or maybe blame SAF for insisting GIggs is more than a backup at this stage of his career and not a starter.

You should have blamed me for putting RVP into my team. He's only gotten an assist since then. :D

Poor performance, clearly lacking the depth a team like City has if we can't create and score enough without Rooney. Would have helped if Kgawa was there to fill-in of course.

Still, if Chelsea bet City next week and United win, everything reverts back to how it was. Early days still at this point, no-one is pulling away or playing particularly well and dominating.

So Chelsea likely to crash out of Champion's League. Could it be that Eden Hazard is not the second coming of the waffle?

WTF. Roman is even crazier than I imagined.

I'll laugh if they qualify for the next stage now.

It gets better, though -- talk is that our patron saint, Rafa Benitez, is in talks as the replacement.

Why would any manager want to join that circus?

    Hazard, you're an idiot.
