    Is that Gervinho?

Great result for Bradford, would be even better if they were able to win the Cup itself.

There is talk of Liverpool attempting to sign Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea & Tom Ince from Blackpool.
I was of the impression United had already agreed a deal to sign Ince in January, seems not to be the case.

Got a chance to watch some Prem league this morning, as we were a friend's house. Very impressed by what I saw out of Brad Guzan in goal for Aston Villa. Very impressed. And, very unimpressed by what I saw from Eric Lichaj at left back. And, very happy to see Liverpool lose.

Chelsea had the better chances, but Corinthians managed to convert pretty much their only one. And still nobody knows why Cahill was sent off, but given Emerson's theatrics it was probably for nothing.

    Can't complain about the result

QPR actually won a game! Harry really is brilliant it seems :p

Benteke was class for Villa, quality second goal and sweet backheel for Weimann's goal.

Good for United to have all their defenders back, hopefully can keep a few clean sheets now.

**** me. Board error on my OP, then it looks like a triple post, now nothing. So here we go again.

    CL just took place
    [IMG]

tough draws for both EPL sides, wouldn't be surprised to see an English-free quarterfinal.

Can't believe I had completely forgotten about the draw.

Anyway Milan vs Barcelona and R.Madrid vs ManU are the matches I'm most looking forward to. I can see United winning this one, Real are pretty poor at the moment.

edit: apparently the El Classico takes place in the weekend before the return match. Heh, both Madrid and Barcelona requested to change the date because of last year's semi-final fiasco and now the Spanish FA moved the date to conflict it with the round of 16 match. :p

Good draw for the German sides, I can see them all going through.

Apparently it was the exact same draw as the practice draw yesterday.

Tough draw for Utd, but as someone who doesn't care who wins, that should be a good match.

    Well, this is interesting.

United can't defend very well and no midfield enforcer, so Ronaldo will no doubt have a field day with the amount of space and time he will get.

Absolute ****ing joke of a referee.

That said, absolute ****ing joke of a referee. [face_plain]

EDIT: It takes an age to post in this thread. At least for me. I hit post reply and it's usually thirty seconds to a minute before the post is actually made. Maybe this is a result of the thread becoming too long. Anyone else have the same problem?

EDIT: not 30 seconds but, yes it takes a while to post.

EDIT 2: However an edit is instantaneous!

I was thinking that if it's a problem for most maybe we should start a new thread.

Anyone else see RVP get the ball rifled into his head by some idiot from point blank range with the ref a few yards away? Decision - yellow card for RVP for his reaction. lol

this thread is fine for me on a laptop, but attrocious on my iphone/ipad using tapatalk. which is how i usually post. it would be rather sad to start a new thread but i'm not completely averse to the idea.

Swansea game was oh so frustrating to watch. the fact City got a last minute winner yesterdays compounds it. Rooney was crap. hit the post twice. SO ANNOYING.

And we'll probably have two Welsh teams in the league next season.

And yeah, saw that, Roper. what a douche, whoever it was.

BBC said it was Ashley Williams that got booked. Stupid thing to do, but massive overreaction from Fergie. Probably deflecting from his team's dire performance. Real Madrid must think it's Christmas. Oh wait....

EDIT: Ah, RVP did get booked as well. LOL
