Loosk like another Stoke player is up for Goal of the Season again, Jerome's strike was sweet.

United at least managed to keep a clean sheet, annoying that no-one is coming in during the January window because we really need a box-to-box midfielder.

Villa are in a serious decline, 15 goals conceded in 3 matches and none scored.

Walcotts third goal was excellent, yes it would have been a penalty but his persistance paid off,

Watch lol @ let him go for peanuts now

He has great ability, not sure who would get him as a striker though. United don't need more forwards, Chelsea & Man City are more likely to splash out on a bigger name striker like Falcao & any other team might seem like a step down unless he goes abroad.

The best snack food for passing around multiple times:

Also pictured is the Real Madrid snack chips, but you can't see them because they're so far behind the Barca chips.

So Chelsea want Demba Ba. I hope he's going to play alongside Torres because eh's too good to be used as backup and I doubt he'd take kindly to being benched a lot.
Besides, if Chelsea need backup until summer when they try to get Falcao why not just recall Lukaku? He caused Fulham no end of trouble today, pretty good player for 19.

Nice to see a second clean sheet from United, good attacking play even if Wigan did make it easy at times.

I wonder how City will do when the Toure brothers leave for the ACON.

Newcastle accept bid from Chelsea for Demba Ba.

    This pleases me.

Big loss for Newcastle, Papiss Cisse is good but Ba is better.

At least he's no longer going to the ACON since Senegal aren't in it.

    LOL @ Chelsea

Deserved result for QPR. Mourinho-esque defending. Fantastic finish from SWP and good on him for his non-celebration.

    Benitez out.

You honestly have no idea how good it feels to see Benitez floundering at another Premier League club.

I need to add Suarez to my fantasy team, especially now Ba is playing for Chelsea and won't score so much :p

I may add Suarez to mine. It may sabotage his current goal scoring streak.

Leighton Baines is the best full back in the Premier League.

I know, I was just saying it was a great free kick.

He's better than Cole and evra as well but the free kick!

I just hope Kenwright has the bottle to reject SAF's inevitable £6m + two random Utd rejects offer.

He'll hold for £10m and one reject.

Although Gibson has done quite well for you.

    Baines is worth £30m.

He's 28 iirc so he's good for another 5 yrs. 20-30m is certainly about right.

You may get 15m plus a reasonable player then.

Yeah. :( What Everton should do is reject any bids (no matter how insane) for Baines or Fellaini. I get the feeling it's finish 4th or bust this season - for our best players and for Moyes. Fire sale in the summer if necessary.

The thing is, I don't think you could turn down an all cash up front offer.

If someone offered.30m without instalments or other add ons for either of them, you'd take because it would nigh on clear your debt 40m ish isn't it or is my memory failing?

You can afford to lose Baines more than fellaini though so hope only one offer comes in

Baines is great, not sure United really need him though unless they plan to get rid of Evra.
Already have Fabio & Buttner as backup.
