Always a shame when players are so injury prone, Owen was quality and can still be an asset to a team were he able to stay fit. Louis Saha is similar, David Villa also (I hear Barca want rid of him and might be prepared to sell him for not a lot)

We all know Suarez is a cheater given what he did when playing for Uruguay against Ghana (there were some here who defended that as I recall, this is no different).



People aren't seriously expecting him to own up to it are they? I can't think of a defender who would admit they fouled someone in the box after a game if the ref didn't give a penalty.
The Mansfield manager said he would have done the same in Suarez's position and Rodgers said he talked to one of the officials who said he saw the handball and assumed it was not intentional.

 

Pretty sure that it was intentional.

 

Not seen the handball, but I completely empathise with him for the handball against Ghana.

Anyways, I'm starting to think that Mourinho will be at City next season.

 

I hope not, that would be bad. Mansour seems less of the interfering kind than Abramovich though so that might make Jose more keen to go there if he has unlimited funding and more say in what he wants to do.

But, the Special One has always seemed more keen on United and if City don't fire Mancini then he won't be able to go there.
