Carroll injured again, unfortunate for him.

Lallana out too, although given Liverpool have plundered half the Southampton side it shouldn't matter too much. Lovren about to sign.

For a team that had a massive weakness at striker last campaign, I will hate losing an amazing young talent like Lukaku.

Costa is unproven in the BPL, Drogba is a one year band-aid. It is looking inevitable, though.

I'm not as happy about it as hal, I don't see where we have strikers to spare, especially to a side as well-coached as Everton. I've got Costa, Drogba for a year, Bamford (who is likely not ready), Schurrle can play CF, and then grandma.

I guess if we go buy another young striker, it'll be fine. Have we spent all of the David Luiz money?

I like Scousehampton, as well. The other one I heard was Liverhampton, but Scousehampton works much better.

Lukaku would never fit into Chelsea. And I doubt the fans are as forgiving about his ridiculous penalty attempt in the Super Cup final (or whatever it's called).

He's only ever played 10 times for us, so we're not really losing anything. We never had it in the first place.
