Yes! I'm trying to get my three year old to recreate it, but she insists she can't be that pouty. Never work with kids or animals.

Also, and I don't think this can ever be stressed enough... Balotelli is a terrible signing.

He's like a Lukaku for near half the price. Neither will ever live up to the absolute bargain Sturridge is, which is a shame for football.

If Sturridge is your only claim to fame then Liverpool will continue to excel at making between 5th to 7th place in the league in the next few years... and continue to be out of their depths in the CL this year

(Yeah yeah, we're not there this year. But we will be next. With actual world class talent)

The only claim to fame? You've been touched in the head by the Moyes era more than I feared. Well, not feared so much as enjoyed.

All four Bundesliga clubs won this week, only the second time they've ever accomplished that in Champiosn Legaue (last year being the first). 3 of 4 in first place. Leverkusen a bit fortunate with the draw (a very weak Benfica and Zenit). Dortmund and Bayern utterly dominant. Dortmund yet to even concede a goal.

I wouldn't have given that. He headed it onto his arm.

Actually, it never touched his arm AT ALL. That's the point. And the reason Sporting have filed a protest asking for a replay.

Where do UEFA dig these people up?

The thing is, the way he spreads his arms out, he's almost begging for the ball to hit his hand. But it doesn't, it hits him in the head. The goal line guy is standing right there, perfect angle, no more than 5 yards away, view completely unobstructed. And he misses it completely. Play actually continues for several seconds, as neither the referee nor the linesman thought it hit is hand. but the goal line judge is convinced it did and gets the ref's attention. it's really quite mind-boggling.

He had a perfect view, but I'm assuming the arm was blocking his view of the ball?

That does not make them any less useless, I might add.

Actually it's great that an English player cost less than one absolute flop and one former-Chelsea forward destined for great things, and that the English player has been doing so well.

" and one former-Chelsea forward destined for great things"

You've mad the mistake of comparing Sturridge to Sturridge there. Make sense, dear!

No time for spelling mistakes. Too busy getting excited about another lacklustre away performance this evening.

“@Lord_Sugar: bizarre Goalie red card off Kane goes in goal as all subs used and let's in a goal from free kick caused by foul that sent the goalie off”

Didn't watch the Tottenham game, so does anyone have any idea what Sugar is on about?

However I did just see a replay of Lamela's goal. Well well well

loris came out the box, when 5-0 up mind, fouled the oncoming attack and got sent off. Kane went in goal.tge resulting free kick was scored. I think he's joking however, because from what I was listening to, Kane made a total gaff with the save.
