We all know that all Star Wars fans, enjoy anything Star Wars (maybe for some not the Prequels). But overall, the question I'm asking is what do you think is the best Star Wars game of all time (Specifically a video game or computer game)?
Has to be KOTOR, it had so much story depth and character development and so much scope. Plus a twist to rival the one in ESB.
Super Star Wars or Pod-Racer. When it comes to Star Wars games I like pure fun over space sims or OT remake narratives.
Please dont kill me, but i loved SW Galaxies before it got ruined... spent so many hours trying to become "force sensitive"
The X-wing, Dark Forces/Jedi Knight, and KoTOR series probably have to rank as the Holy Trinity of Star Wars gaming. Nothing else is comparable.
My favorit Star Wars game is Shadows of the Empire, closely followed by the Super Star Wars games From the list i would choose Kotor 2.
Based on my admittedly very limited library, I will have to go with the first Rogue Squadron, with Shadows of the Empire as runner-up. Although, even discounting the limited library, this might be nostalgia talking.
Battlefront I and II (One is better) and Empire at War... And SWTOR..... there are many games missing on this list...
This list is sorely lacking pre-2000 games. In fact, it's lacking in post-2000 games too. Shadows of the Empire is easily the best, though Bounty Hunter is my favorite.
My top 5 list of SW games are: 1. Battlefront II 2. Lego Star Wars II The original Trilogy 3. The Force Unleashed 4. Star Wars Battlegrounds PC game 5. ROTS video game
KotOR by far, though I've never played the space sims. Jedi Academy deserves an honorable mention. I love that game to pieces.
The X-wing series stands out in part because it's a blast from the past. We get games galore of Jedi, but the X-wing series hearkens back to that moment when all of us saw the end of Ep. IV for the first time.
Battlefront, followed by the Jedi Knight games, KOTOR, Bounty Hunter. They sure don't make them like they used to.
I voted for Battlefront 2, because not only was the gameplay very good, but i loved playing the campaign, rise of the empire. I thought it was well thought out, and enjoyed it very much. Shame it was not on the psp version though.
