The Big Costume Question: Are you or aren't you?

Just curious.

Hopefully, I'll have my Jedi costume done by then, I told people at work (Wal-Mart) about it, and they want me to wear it there the day of the toy release, so I'm hustling to get it done in time.

 

Hopefully, me too my costume will be ready for the convention but I'm not in the contest. Though I will definitely try to go see it!

 

I don't think you guys are freaks, but I'm not wearing a costume, nor am I making one. Ok, some of you guys are freaks...

 

I will be wearing Jedi robes, but I won't be in the contest. It will be fun just to walk around in costume.

Well, I marked the wrong one. I will be going in 3 costumes and am entering one in the contest.

We are all going in costume, and are entering the costume contest; we have no chance to win anything at all, but we just want to have fun!!

I'll be a freak in costume. Why can't Halloween be everyday?

Halloween is truly the best holiday.

 

For those of us who will be running around in costume on Saturday, would you be up for meeting somewhere (we can decide on a time and place over the next few weeks) and getting some group shots? I think it would be cool to get some Classic Trilogy characters together for some photos and then some Prequel character shots, plus a combination. I won't be at the Con for very long on Sunday since I have to leave for the East Coast earlier than I would have liked so I'll probably miss the Costume Call. Bummer! I just want to make sure I get as many shots of folks in costume (plus EVERYTHING ELSE that will be happening there!) as I can. If anyone's interested, lets' chat...

 

My fiance won 2 different dragon con contests, she will be entering with something of Padmes, and is making an Anakin costume for me...Although at 5-8 200 pounds I doudt I will look the part

 

We need another option. I am going in costume, I am not entering the contest, and you people are freaks.

 

Oh, yeah, we're going in the costume. Staying with 4 females, 3 of whom are "dressing". And why not.

 

I think i will be going in costume as Darth Maul, but i dont know. Maybe just break out the old jedi robe. Its gonna be sweet tho.

 

I'm not wearing a costume for the following reasons:
1. A 6 foot tall Yoda looks kinda funny
2. I don't feel like walking around in a Yoda costume. It gets hot in there, and my sight is limited.
