    according to a price guide i read, there was a television special called the big heap? does anybody know any info about this show?

    I think that the Great Heep was an animated TV special done by the company that made the Droids and Ewoks cartoon shows.

    It's a Droids adventure (extended episode really). R2-D2 and C-3PO end up being captured by this gargantuan droid called The Great Heep and have to escape. As this is set before ANH, obviously they do :p
    That's about it really. If you're into the Droids cartoons, you'll like it. It you're not, you won't. It really is that simple.

    Personally I recommend it, and you can usually pick up a copy on Ebay. The videos were produced around 1987 so you can't get them in regular shops any more.
