Bonjour Monsieur (ou Madame, depending on your gender, but bloody hell, if there are females here that's an indication of my utter lazyness to this whole scheme), comment t'allez vous? Bienvenue à la Pub de Mandalore! Et sil vous plait, boire beaucoup!

All you need to know is this; that last part said "and please drink a lot" and also, the french are in the know of what's good wine and what's not. If you've got fish on the menu, I suggest a Burygoune Blanc, year 1990. But if you're a fellow carnivore (god bless you) a Bordeaux is definitely the wine to drink. But hell, this is the VB bar ain't it, so what the fekin hell am I rambling on about!

So as one of your bartenders (?) feel free to ask me any questions on wine and i will most likely fail on giving you the right wine to drink, so then again, i prefer it if you didn't ask me any questions about wine. Period.

But what I do know is that a Burboun-Coke after a hard day's marching in, ahem, Paris, really does the trick! Ha, and I'm 17! Didn't ask for an ID, the bright spark!

So what are our proud, excited, motivated and last of all GREAT Victorians fond of in terms of drink?

I'll do the typical Victorian girly thing and try to act sophisticated by asking for a glass of chardonnay.

Okay, it's usually just a house special and tastes like sheep p*ss, but it comes in a classy wine glass! You see, that way I can pretend to be a high class chick while falling around drunk, laughing far too loud, and failing to notice my skirt tucked into the back of my knickers for most of the night. Oh what fun!

 

Wow! You just reminded me of so many women I know its not funny.

 

Yeah, it's a new procedure called 'Reverse Cloning'. Scientists have secretly gathered cell samples from hundreds of bush-pigs, scrubbers and general yobbettes from around the country and have produced a woman (using the term loosely) with amazing powers. The power to out-curse a warfie, the power to out-drink a truckie and the amazing power to out-stink roadkill.

Unfortunately she got killed in a bizarre lawnmowing accident, so they made me out of the left-overs.

DON'T TOUCH THAT EQUIPMENT!! Without it, I will have to administer CPR to keep her breathing, and as much as I love Victoria - as you all very well know by now - Just imagine what I might catch?
