yes i talked to her last night -- how are you ?

 

I am sick. I got sent home from work today cause my boss thought I would make the customers sick or something.

 

Aww . . . poor jedi . . .

 

Really? I was sick yesterday, so I called McDonald's and stay home. It turns out they never found a replacement and there were only two people to do all three closes. They were there until 3 am for a 1 am close, the poor things. We're still badly understaffed too. I worked drive thru again today even though I'm technically not trained for it. And I had a hard time finding someone to foist the headset off on at the end of my shift. Stress? What's that?

You don't sound stressed at all. I got lucky cause Sunday is our slowest day so my boss said it was no problem.

 

Sunday isn't busy, but it's a steady trickle, which can drive a person insane. Just enough customers to prevent any of the cleaning or stocking from getting done.

I'm feeling better than I was yesterday. I am anxiously looking forward to the season premieres of my shows and the relaese of Destiny's Way. What about you?

Destiny's Way I believe is in the middle of October.
PB SbS I do not know.

They've put me down as being availible to work drive thru. I may have just signed my own death warrant.

In a weird development, I was the veteran cashiere today. The other two girls were working their second shifts ever.

 

that would suck - they would come to you for everything ! -- well i worked at wendys for a while i was grillman -- and i worked digging pools 650 and hour for shoveling 12hours a day -- or cutting down trees so the boss could have some firewood it really sucked !!

I work at Petro Canada and the 9 hour shifts are boring but other than that they aren't so bad.
