I used to watch rugby when I was in the US. NZ vs. Australia on the sports channel. I was in Sturges at the time, not far from Mt Rushmore if I recall correctly. And there were motorbikes everywhere.

It's not armor, it's "padding". I say it's smart, not "weak".

I think you Aussies have had one too many Fosters.

    go away sithy.

    Tryless match! That would've sucked!

We got caught up in DVD's then just checked teletext - then felt there was no point to watch the game as we saw the score.

My dad put it well in an e-mail i got this morning:

    The Bloodyslow Cup. hehe

    We WON though!

well I actually thought that it was a very close fought battle the A.B's showing their class and stamina, 80 mins with NO subs, and having that dodgy south african ref to contend with!

From what I've heard Byron didn't even get on the Paddock!

Personally, I think he's better than Marshal, Justin is too slow in getting the ball out - gives the opponents time to get together and get back on D. Mum said poor Byron was like a (and i quote) "a cat on a hot tin roof. Up and down off the bench, hoping to get on"

    :p

Perfect tactics for the conditions (though no subs was odd), though we may have been lucky not to concede a penalty try.

Stadium Australia will be a whole different game, but luckily we have SA to test the backline before then.
