Indeed there is. I would read the RC series first as some characters from there show up in LotF. However that is my opinion only and others may have different ideas.

Meanwhile, I just learned that its likely my motherboard in my desktop that was the real problem, so I'm gonna have to end up doing a complete upgrade, seeing how the thing was old enough that the type of motherboard that supported my CPU and RAM (a 3.0 GHz Core 2 Duo with 4GB of DDR2). That means I have to replace the motherboard, as well as the CPU and RAM. However, I did spec out a new motherboard with a newer model Core i5 and 16 GB DDR3 for a little over $350.

I didn't want to have to spend all this money, but I kind of have to seeing how without a decent computer like that, I can't do my freelance work.
