I miss MS-DOS...

Technically, DOS is still around. (Actually, it's still present in the Command Prompt Swan was using.)

Yeah but I miss when that was the primary way to poke around inside a computer. It was more fun that way, though I am sure I have forgotten most of my MS-DOS commands now anyway.

 

Yeah, those were the days (I've heard. I was around -10 during that time period)

 

I sometimes wish I lived before computers. Always wanted to experience the old west. Would have died without modern hospitals though....hmmph.

 

Well that certainly would take the fun out of being around back then...

 

Plus, we all wouldn't be talking right now. What's the fun in that?

Well I had no idea what else NJT could stand for.

You want to know something else...when I was pregnant with my son I would read forums of women expecting the same time as I. They kept calling the fathers of their children DH, so I thought these clever ladies were calling these men the Designated Hitters. No boring no imagination women were calling them their "dear husbands". I still like to think of my husband as the designated hitter.

 

So how is everyone
