Oh you will, even if its just a quick ten minute walk. Before you know it will be twenty minutes, then thirty, then forty..

Trained? Is that when the man realizes how bad he's messed up and hands you his credit card? Guy here has been on thin ice, but tells me not to make plans for Valentine's Day weekend, he better have something good planned.

I'm always up for giving diet and exercise advice. Just ask.

Before I broke my ankle I was riding my bike for ten kms in a day.

And I was upto five kms a day walking.... Sigh I really need to get back into that habit, thats why I joined the gym which will go to waist until I'm back upto walking without limping.

I write everything down and I'm getting back into that habit. I'll just keep a close eye on my calorie intake. I didn't do too bad yesterday, I was over by 20 calories which isn't bad.

    Do you have Yahoo IM?

Thanks both of you. :D After realizing how much better I feel after all that kriffing drama I know I want to feel that good all the time. So maybe the whole exercise will keep that with me. Who knows?

I've landed in the Sweden system, all signs appear normal although the local species is far friendlier than anticipated :p

(I won't be on long, dinnertime and I pay for internet now and can't break 3G this week)

3G lasts me a month, but then I tend to compose replies offline -- but dinnertimes are really important!:);)

I'm a pretty heavy internet user - hazard of being in a technology- and online-based degree program. I'm also going to be skyping and I just have NO IDEA how much data I'm currently using/have used/will use/have remaining because everything here is in Swedish and I DON'T SPEAK SWEDISH (google translate also only does so much). But we're getting broadband installed Feb 1 so I only have to pay until then :D

More importantly, dinner. Aka going to the grocery store and buying for one which I have never done before and then trying to share the kitchen with 20ish floormates, only 4 of which I've actually met  So I'll be back after that.

I use around 5 to 7 gigs a month and 3 to 5 g is junk that downloads into your computer without you knowing it, I run a cleaner about once a week and clean out 2 to 3 gigs 6 to 8 if I let it go for two weeks without cleaning it out. If you download you will definately need more then 3 gigs and if you sign up online with the company you can usually track your usage on a daily bases.

The website is in Swedish and google translate won't fix it for me - I am signed up but I can't tell what means 'usage' haha. I'm sure I'll figure it out once I got more of a grasp on the language.

Just had the most stressful grocery shopping experience of my life aka more 'I don't understand Swedish' problems. But I have enough food to survive now. I shall spend more of my data usage on youtube videos and eat a late dinner :)

I can definitely sympathize with the grocery shopping adventure.

Wow, you're sharing space with 20 people? Must get pretty crowded.

There's about 10 doors on each side of the hallway, so I assume there's 20 :p Haven't actually seen that many, though, but even so the kitchen's small and once there's 10 or so in and around there it gets crazy. On the bright side the rooms are HUGE. I expected half the space I got.

Oh yes, no DLC... this is "vanilla"/original game content.
You get it after Sheogorath's quest that starts in the locked room in Blue palace
