US government is partially shut down? interesting

I'm feeling the government shutdown immediately. I'm flying back home today, and TSA...

Made it through TSA. Most people were quick and nice, but a couple just wanted to cause delays. I got a pat down because the top vertebrae of my spine are somewhat visible through my skin. Most people have that, but its more visible on me because I'm so damn skinny.

Yes. No calls back yet but I have a lot more to make. I have an appointment for something too.
I also have to go into my HS and sort everything out with them. Yay. They are being less than helpful.

 

So far so good.

 

I'm avoiding anywhere on the interwebz outside of (non-JCC) TFN and SDN. Everywhere else has descended into full on nutjob mode over the shutdown. I can't even read the Yahoo comments without wanting to throw my computer out the window.

 

TYM is fine. There was a patch today, and they are to busy losing their minds over that.

Nope. The school board decided that my brother needed to go to a different school. I'm just going to be not-so-nice Volshe and sort it out that way.

If Guidance doesn't work things out for me I will be going to the principal.

 

They'll work it out. If not, you're GPA is still really good. Plus, you can inform colleges about why you had low marks, and they'll be chill with it.

 

I'm up. But I'm sick so I'm staying home from work. And going to take a nap sooooon.

 

He is Addie, but it's been stressful being there for 2. Mostly because baby sleeps his best longest stretch in the evenings and I feel I need to be up spending time with my older son. I am so worried he feels or will feel like the baby gets all the attention. And going back to work will add much more stress, but I'll work it out.
