Hey, I like Jango and Boba as much as the next guy. There just isn't much they can do in a stand-alone movie. There is only so much Bounty Hunting they can pad a two+ hour movie with.

 

A movie about Obi-Wan drowning his sorrows in Mos Eisley Cantina crying over having to dismember Anakin and leaving him for dead.

Maybe like 1313 inspired bounty-hunter etc film, but the Fetts really have a decent backstory.

Not much. It's in development hell right now.

 

With what Disney's been doing lately with Star Wars projects don't expect it to go any farther

 

All the games are now in the bottomless abyss of Disney

 

But without Disney, there would be no Ep. VII.

 

I don't expect it to go much further sadly.

And I wouldn't say its Disney in this case. This is LucasArts we're talking about. KOTOR and Battlefront III ring any bells?
