not lack of sleep. Sometimes stress, an allergic reaction to something, flu bugs colds, you get the idea

aspartame can really bring on the nasty ones for me. I would be so sick I can't eat and all I want to do is sleep. Since I stopped eating with aspartame in it, the really bad headaches stopped for me.

 

aww, one of the exchange students bought a rose and a card and labelled it to all the female exchange students. He's such a sweetheart. Now I can go back to watching TCW and being a loner

It should be banned from being used as an artificial sweetener. Aspartame is the main component used to turn into a chemical that helps preserves a dead body. I'm surprised that so many companies pride themselves into putting this stuff into food and drink. Sugar cane is better for you then processed sugar. Gets down from soap box.

I'm so with you on aspartame, Falcon. It doesn't give me headaches but it makes me feel terrible. I go for real sugar or splenda (which, while not perfect, at least doesn't make me sick). Sucks that so much food has aspartame in it, though.

 

I see that it's in my Diet Coke -- well, at least I'll be well preserved when the time comes!

 

I've found Xylitol to be the best substitute for me at least... they also make a powdered version.

I'm more of a casual fan. My husband is the big hockey fan. He plays in a rec league around here.

 

My dad has 3 canucks towels, I've been trying to steal them for years. I have a soft spot for the canes, though, so I tend to notice the logo quick

 

I'm a Hawks fan.

My brother used to like the Canes, I don't know what happened to that though. They're a good team.
