Howdy .

I need done Lightsaber advice. If I want to start a collection what's the best brand/type?

I've seen you can get ones that light up and you can actually fight with which are pretty cool.

 

I only had the plastic toy ones

 

Lol I never got those, the hilts always looked so clunky and awkward and the blade was like a big tall pyramid hehe

 

I got anakin's for the ones where you could push a button and the blade came out just like in the movie

 

Ultrasabers are nice but they're pricey.

There was another brand that was fairly good, FX or something.

I've been to the Sideshow Collectibles website and they have some for sale but I don't know the different, they have 2 or 3 different types :/.

When I buy my place I'm hoping to have a spare room to 'geek out' and a lightsaber collection is essential hehe.

Both hilts/blades (the fact that the back one is reversed was a bit of an 'oops' moment. Oh well...and I tried to get the purple lightning effect...but it just wouldn't work. So I had to make do with what I could get)

And the fact that the black is so dull on the dual mode, is because of how far away the camera is. If it were closer, it would look the same as the single blade one.

Now I can't wait to go home and start looking at them. I also want to get each of the movie posters, frame them and mount them. Also want to start a statue collection. Just like be to decide on such a big, expensive project when I'm about sign a home loan :/.
