I'm finding some of the double posts hilarious

 

I can recall TFN from back around 1998 and 1999 when I'd look for Prequels news etc.

But back at that time did not own PC and internet was all dial-up (as far as I know) so you'd log on at a net cafe or I did some of that from my then GF's parents place as they had net and a PC for their grain production/selling business.

 

The quadruple posts are double the fun.

 

I'm not saying the board glitches are making me angry, but...

 

Is it more like you're owned by four cats?

I'm owned by two kitties: Max and Matilda (my avatar).

When I got home from work last night, Max was going crazy because we had a black and white feline visitor right outside the sliding glass door. Max wanted to go out and meet him.

 

Have you ever taken in a stray?

 

There were many cats in and around my home when I was in high school.

Imogene (my fav, she had so much personality)
Isis (she hated everyone, especially me lol)
Kato
Celia
Rex (tough street cat who was king of the hood)
Pumpkin (she was a stray I adopted and named)

I think I'm forgetting someone...

 

The closest was a young kitten named Baxter when we lived in central Florida. My dad came home from playing cards with my aunt and uncle, and he heard this tiny meowing from across the street. He saw a black and white kitten that was either abandoned by people or by his mother. He followed my dad across the street, and that's how we adopted...er...he adopted us. Our ginger kitty, Bart, took him on as a protege, so to speak, thus allowing our four cats then to pair up (the older two with each other, and Bart with Baxter).

Hi Adalia. Just listened to Thousand Years, wonderful song. I listen to her xmas album every year.

 

Anything but Mariah Carey.
Bowling for Soup did a cover of her song and I'm ready to smash any music player when it's on.

Naw, there's snow on the ground and we get less than 8 hours of daylight this time of year. Spent an hour waiting for the bus today, don't want to repeat that. I will stay inside, thank you very much.

 

My goodness. That sounds wonderful. I love Australia.

It is currently 20F here on Hoth. Lots of snow too.

 

Where did you go if you don't mind me asking? Was it really that bad?

 

The worst part about snow now is the driving and inherent escalation of delays, distress and dangers. If one lives in an urban area.

Now sitting peacefully in a cabin retreat with fully stocked amenities and heat, why then snow fall is rather quaint and pretty.
