    Mayweather/Marquez tonight!

Mayweather should win this. I would be shocked if he didn't.

Oh, and I don't care if it gave me an advantage or not.....I would not drink my own urine!!!! Marquez deserves to lose just for that. [face_sick]

    That is pretty disgusting.

I expect Mayweather to take this fight rather easily tonight.

    Mayweather wins....pure boxing lesson.

That was his most impressive victory. I think he gets too much credit for beating Corrales.

The results are about what I expected them to be. Now I'm curious to see if Sugar Shane is next or Pacquiao.

    Shane for the grudge match.

And then the winner of Pacman - Cotto.

I would be curious to see if Mayweather actually fights them, or prices himself out of those fights on purpose.

Mosely and Pacquiao are two fighters where he would not have a big speed advatage. He might be faster, but not by much. Mosely has a good jab, which De La Hoya won rounds against Mayweather with, and Pacquiao is a furious combination puncher...which can give Mayweather a problem.

He might actually go with Cotto....I don't think Cotto will ever be the same after the beating he took....illegally maybe/probably against Margarito. Cotto might be too big for Pacman, but Mayweather would toy with him. I still think Pacquiao will beat Cotto, and the public will force a showdown with Mayweather....we can only hope.

I at least would like to see Freddie Roach and the Mayweathers go at it on HBO's 24/7.

That was classic last time. When Roger Mayweather called Freddie Roach to talk smack, and Freddie Roach told him to please speak English!!!

There would be a lot of money in the grudgematch. Hopefully neither one will price themselves out of the fight.

He is too out of shape to beat the top Heavies....

He has a lot of talent, and power....but unfortunately....a lot of gut...

    I hope Haye-Wlad or Haye-Vitali gets made.

I think that if Haye beats Valuev (which in all fairness he should do) then I think he can sit down and negotiate with the Klit brothers from a stronger position than they were going to let him before.

Was just reading that Hopkins-Jones II has been signed for next year provided Jones wins his fight at the end of this year.

    Hopkins will win it.

And if there's a trilogy, the third fight too.

Anyone else disagree with my predictions for tonight?

I wish the fight would have been made 6-7 years ago.

Hopkins might be favored...I would agree

I guess for me it would depend on if Roy's chin has recovered. He has not been the same since coming down from Heavyweight.

I also wonder when Hopkins is going to get old in the ring.

    Watching Vitali-Arreola now.

As predicted so far. Matter of time until Cristobal is knocked out.

The Super Six Tournament starts tomorrow [face_dancing]

    Froch versus Dirrel
    Abraham versus Taylor.

I have Froch and King Arthur winning tomorrow night.

I wonder which Taylor will show up....

The enigma in this whole thing....is Ward....will he live up to the hype, or is he being thrust into the lion's den too early...

Ward I hear is probably the best of the three Americans.

But against Kessler...? He's going up against a guy that went toe-to-toe with Calzaghe and came out with dignity intact. It's going to be a stern test, especially against most peoples', including mine's, favourite for the tournament.

Oh yes, on the mark is me!

As an added bonus, I've won money on this.

Not that I'm promoting gambling, but it's awesome when you win [face_mischief]

Direlle (Sp?) was physically ready, but not mentally. He wasn't mature enough to Frock this early.

The ref should have penalized him early on, then maybe we would have seen a good fight...

    on another note...

Abraham was the better fighter, in a close fight....and got the KO...he definitely made a statement..

    BUT,

Did Jermain Taylor know it was not illegal to throw a right hand in a Grman boxing ring?

AA was open for a right hook, or right hand lead all night!!

Also....I agree that Kessler might be a little too much for a young Ward...I think it will be a good fight though.

So glad they came up with the idea for this tournament. It's produced brutal knockouts and drama already :D

Pacquiao/Cotto comming up....this should be a great fight....

This is the fight people need to tune into....since, unfortunately, Haye/Valuev was a snooze fest.

Yes it was. Waste of £15, really.

Pacman - Cotto should be epic.

Can't believe how much Ward dominated Kessler.

    Congrats to him, though.
