Does anyone else watch this HBO show? It's exceellent. As far as modern political satire goes, I'd stick it between In The Loop and Veep, although I'm woefully behind on Veep. Boba Nekhbet
I haven't heard of this, but I like both In The Loop and Veep (which are made by the same people), so I guess I'll check it out.
It's good, but not as good as the Iannucci efforts I'd say. I think its sense of humor is also more absurd (e.g., the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan thinks he plays an important role in the literal Biblical apocalypse), or at least different.
