So CO The Carpool thread!

Ok. This Sunday I know that there are going to be several people going up. I can drive. I have permission to borrow the van. This may make for a more comfortable ride as it is spacious and large. I can fit a total of seven including myself.

We need to decide on a pickup point and drop off points. (If you're on the way I wouldn't mind coming to get you, but if you live out in the middle of nowhere I can't, sorry.) Cory, I don't know if you still wanted to drive (you're probably too scared to go with me).

But this is what I propose...

Cory can meet me at my house, I can go up and get Mike and Dave. Gwen should already be at my place as will another Mike that agreed to come with me. (this is going to be confusing.) We all drive up to Denver listening to some SW music I just burned onto a CD we have fun at the BBq and come back, I'll drop everyone off, and everyone is happy.

Does this sound good?

Ok. Cory could you be at my place around 10:15. I'll then go to get Miccu and then Dave. Then we leave the springs!

I'll have a cooler for all of you to use for those perishable food stuffs. Bring cds so we can listen to them on the way.

 

just one quick question. Does anyone have an objection to No Doubt and Now 9?

Hehe.. we could probably get all their cds together. I have a friend that have their Uber rare ones.

If I can find a way of getting the music off the Moilin Rouge DVD, we may have Moulin Rouge music (if no one minds ) I've also got things like Savage Garden, Sarah McLachlen, my mom has a VERY large collection of Pink Floyd ( worth lotsa money ) and other stuffs.

I will bring my CD's. I got some pop & some rock...but I think I'm the only one that listens to rock.

 

I am going to free up some space in the carpool. Don't remove me from the who's going, just the who's going in the carpool. I will still be at the BBQ, I am just going to be several hours late.

If anything, that will make us more flexible to have two cars coming home and they don't leave at the same time.

JD, I owe you a phone call. I extended my trip to Houston by a couple of days and didn't get home until yesterday.

Sarah, since Dave isnt going with us, and everyone else is meeting at your house, do you want me to come to your house with the rest of the group and head up then, instead of going to my house on the way? my mom can drop me off there and we can all go there then.

Well I need to pick someone else up on the way near your place. So it won't be that bad. Stay there. I don't want your mom driving down here when I'll be going north anyway.

Ok. The meeting for the RMFF is on Saturday, And the question is, can anyone go, and more to the point, can anyone drive up there if someone needs a ride.
