    Hope -

I was in Alabama for a week, then Atlanta for DC, then in AL for a day and a half, then TN for a day, then Myrtle Beach for three days and right now I'm in Charlotte for about 30 more minutes until we drive up to Albany, NY.

I'll be back on the 16th.

ps: LT hates my choice in music [face_laugh]

LT = Lord Tuvitor = Dan =

So, since I am new to North Carolina I need to inquire about the proper procedure regarding your neighbor's rooster and chickens getting loose. Does one try to round them up? Chase them back to the pen? Just grab the rooster and the hens will follow?

    Mystery! [face_chicken]

    Er, call animal control. :p

And I'm driving safely. And loving Albany. The north > the south. And driving on the Jersey turnpike pwnz. :D

Oddly enough, I don't miss Charlotte as I thought I would. Heh.

    This is not the post of a sane person. Nobody wants to drive on the Jersey turnpike [face_laugh] Stop and eat at an Arthur Treatsurs or whatever it is for me. 8-}

The rooster and the hens seem to have been rounded up and gotten back to their pen. Now, if someone's pig [face_pig] wanders into the yard we'll be makin' bacon :p

no animals were harmed as a result of this post

We will buy it, but have not yet.

My mind is awash with tacky comments.. LOL.. just like the gambling commercials.. "baby needs a new pair of shoes" please forgive my tackiness.. just can't be helped, I am totally without regard to decorum today.. funny thing about that.. and totally off the subject at hand..I am from the south, and you always hear of female southern gentility.. LOL Who's kidding who here.. I am anything but gentile.. I suppose I can see myself serving lemondade on the porch out of crystal clear glass pitcher.. but just as easily I can see the ice chest sitting on the kitchen floor ready for anyone that drops by to just grab a can out of..and my kool aid is made in a used juice container..

Now.. Jada will inform you that the ice chest holds nothing but soda,

weird the way my mind digresses and flows from subject to another.. wonder what that means for my future..

I don't have a clue which boat it is to be honest.. I started with one thought and it just sort of grew from there.. I actually could have continued.. but I realized how weird it was looking and figured I should stop while I was ahead, or at least not thought overly insane just yet ... er.. ah.. hopefully anyway

So I've decided that I'm either moving to Albany, NY or Myrtle Beach, SC within the next year.

    Now to decide where.

Albany I can see if you like the mountains and don't mind the cold but why Myrtle Beach? If I was going to move to the NC/SC coast it would be to Charleston, SC.

Albany is just beautiful. I mean, it's stunning and well, I've got friends there and it'd be a good town to finish off my education.

Myrtle Beach. c'mon.. man, dude, think of all the chicks. [face_laugh] Plus mi padre Salty lives there. :p

Padre? Father? Salty is too young to be your father. Blue Yoda is another story. :p ;)

Ok, not to change the subject (well ok maybe), but has anyone ever seen Spaceballs, the sci fi parody from the 80's that Mel Brooks did? We just bought it the other week and it was hilarious! Believe it or not, I'd never seen it before!! It mostly parodies SW Ep.4,5,6 and a little Star Trek and others thrown. Fun stuff...

It's worth a watch. It's not just slapstick, but it's just a good flick.
