I'm actually really excited about seeing Asajj again. TCW needs more Dooku and Asajj!

 

Hey great discussion, but I was talking about the citizens of the Galactic Republic, not the citizens of LACWAC.

No one in the Republic cares about the clones, there isn't going to be any outrage if Ahsoka kills some.

 

Cody could be one considering his role in ROTS but he is just a minor one as well

 

Ahsoka would you like to take a seat?

My god they are getting lazy with episode titles.

 

Being in a Star Wars film doesn't automatically make you a major character on this show - you wouldn't consider Chewbacca a major character, would you?

I've long given up seeing Cody again in any major capacity. They just seemed to drop him mid-way through Season 2.

I don't think the Jedi Council are just going to forgive her if she starts killing clone troopers - hell, isn't that what they think she's done anyway?

It's Hitchcock-inspired.

 

How are they lazy? Nothing wrong with naming them after movies or what not.

 

Clone Wars has always been lazy with episode names. Let's look at Season 3:

"Clone Cadets" is about... clone cadets. "ARC Troopers" is about... ARC troopers. "Supply Lines" is about... supply lines. "Sphere of Influence"! Yeah! "Corruption". God damn.

 

I'm gonna assume that if Tarkin and co weren't to happy about clones getting blown up in the temple explosion they won't be to happy with a rogue Jedi slashing up more of those expensive clones.

Man, Ahsoka is PR win for the Jedi right now, you go girl.

 

If she claims self defense and proves her innocence, I can see them forgiving her.

I don't know what they think, we haven't seen much from them.

I would think bombing the Temple and Force choking an imprisoned Letta would be more critical to the Council than the death of clones (yes, including the deaths from the bombing).

wut? She's a PR disaster for them right now.

the police guys' voice in the new preview really sound like OT stormtroopers, very cool

 

Ah.. and this is where Ventress comes in I suppose (as per the TV guide blurb of the episode)

 

It kinda seems that thought may of changed. If I was a Republic citizen and see a Jedi attacking and killing clones I may see it as an attack of the soldiers of the Republic. Maybe even possibly view it as a assault against the Republic itself.

 

My first reaction to the Bonus Preview... The Undercity guards sound like OT stormtroopers to me

 

So apparently everyone thought they sounded like OT Stormtroopers. Anyone want to back up my claim that they look like Helghast?

 

Well they're definitely not clones, plus I'm guessing for armor or something they sound like them.

 

The anti-clone signs that read "Don't clone violence" seem more charged against the Jedi than the clones themselves.

Also this arc gets major points for connecting Ahsoka with Barriss again.

 

Thats the only loveaffair of Mr. Tarkin..

There are a multiple voice actors for the stormtroopers. In particular they just immediately sounded like the one that says, "stop that ship; blast them!" in ANH. Though for not being clones these guys (in the underworld) still seem like they have the same voice. The one that gets kicked out of the tram and calls for backup sounds like he has the same voice as the one that remains in the tram and tells Ahsoka to stop.

Probably an oversight.

 

Definitely look like Helghast from what I can remember of Killzone. Perhaps they're CSF.

 

They're all brothers, best way to explain that.

I don't think the CSF would have manned units down patrolling the undercity of Coruscant, those are probably the section officers that police the under city various sections. the CSF itself is more of the Upper city police force while those guys are a middle and lower city police force.
