I really hope this is the episode where Obi-Wan is captured by Droids and GG then when he escapes a droid says "Well that was impressive" and GG knocks his head off. That was the only time I truly laughed at a Battle Droids humor.

I see Grievous destroys another Battle Droid while he's snooping around in Padme's ship.

It'll be funny if he destroys one in every episode he's in.

It also nice to see Grievous wearing his cape, it must've been at the cleaners in the other episodes.

Looks like it's going to be an impressive end to an impressive mini-arc. =D=

Am I the only one who thinks Padme looks like Lara Croft in this show?

I can see a little Lara Croft, actually. Just more realistic of a physique is all. ;)

I think it will be funny if they go to save her and she doesn't need saving. Pretty much, I think she's going to be a real thorn in Grievous's side.

What episode will we be seeing Kit Fisto and the Mon Calamari Jedi in? Is it this one?

^Nope. The episode you speak of is the Lair of General Grievous. That's later on.

Yup it is, as Obi-Wan deflects blaster fire behind him while sprinting for the exit without even pausing or turning to look, the Battle Droid comments on how impressive that was... then Grievous knocks his head off.

That entire scene has some great homages to the Obi-Wan vs. Grievous scene on Utapau!! Especially Grievous: 'Protect the hyperdrive! I will deal with this Jedi myself!' in comparison to what he says in RotS, 'Back away, I will deal with this Jedi slime myself!' In fact, the entire scene is a homage to the Utapau fight really... just all the banter between Obi-Wan and Grievous is similar to RotS but not exactly the same.

    It's also more humourous. :p

Kit Fisto and Nahdar Vebb are in Ep. 12: The Lair of General Grievous.

I wonder why he wants the hyperdrive protected if it's not working?

Maybe to guard it while they're fixing it.

Yeah, this episode is the one I'd really been looking forward to...another Obi-Wan/Grievous showdown(My favorite Jedi and my favorite SW villian...can't go wrong!:D ) since ROTS.[face_dancing]

The on-line comic doesnt fill me with confidence. Just like the Clone Wars film it looks like there will be a very poorly contrived storyline to get Padme involved. I hope it doesnt bring down what has so far been an excellent story arc.

Ahsoka>>Padme. Padme never brings anything impressive to the table. She is tough but also a failure.

Zam Wessel was infinitely cooler than Padme, even though she had infinitely less screen time.

Come to think of it, I think every female SW character is cooler than Padme. I hope this series redeems this character. But so far she seems to be a weak woman who gets into trouble.

She acts like a robot and helps put a Dark Lord into power. And it's hinted that before the TF attacked, she treated the Gungans like crap. Like I said, she can fight...somewhat, but causes a lot of chaos.

Let's also not forget she's partly responsible for Anakin turning to the Dark Side.

I'm not a fan of the cape. When he wears it his waist looks weird. Keep in mind his waist is already ridiculously small. Though there is something funny about him wearing it. Grevious strikes me as a man with an height inferiority complex who decided on a risky surgery to make him taller and stronger.

He's basically Danny Devito in a metal suit. :D

I will say I am enjoying this Grevious breaks another battle droid humor. It could be the "I have a bad feeling about this" of TCW.

I guess it's the equivalent of Vader always choking his commanders to death.

I'm really starting to get sick of Ahsoka fast, but I'll agree with this.

I really wish Padme would go away and never come back. I had enough of her after episode 3 and don't care to see any more. 100+ episodes, hopefully she will be scarce. I'd rather see other female Jedi than to watch her moon over Anakin and vice versa (you know they will by the end of the episode).

Padme was a great character in TPM, AotC and the CW cartoon. She was appallingly badly treated in RotS, and her ridiculous transformation into blubbering defeatist and subsequent nonsensical death actually soured the whole PT for me. 25 years wondering: "Wow, I wonder what happened to Luke'n'Leia's mother!", and the answer was "She just died, okay?". Pshaw. I'm hoping she gets the same kind of redemptive development that Anakin is already getting in TCW.

Incidentally, I thought there was more chemistry between Padme and Ani in their brief scene together in the TCW movie than in the whole rest of the saga, so I'm optimistic.
