This is going to be the most badass movie of all time.

Like the one where the Flintstones go to the haunted house, except better.[face_skull]

I've been looking forward to this episode Ever since I heard about it. All I know is kit fisto's padawan is leaning towards the darkside, there are statues of kallee warriors in Grievous' palace, and he has a very unique pet.

    Interesting webcomic, very poetic.

It seems they are following Grievous' new backstory, in which he gradually turned himself into a cyborg, instead of just waking up as one after a shuttle crash. I say this because of the panel in which he is shown with robotic arms and legs, but apparently not in full "droid general" mode.

O-kay! I'm actually typing this from a local library computer, which I had to resort to in order to see this ep's darn preview. And all I can think, sitting here now that I have seen it, is: why in the heck does Grievous have such an extensive, elaborate 'lair' in the first place? I mean, he's supposed to be busy leading troops and fighting battles for the Separatists, right? NOT off-duty goofing off in some private wacko cyborg crib. Cripes, no wonder Dooku seems so ticked off with the guy! He probably just found out exactly how much Separatist funding Grievous channelled off to indulge his vanities and build that lair! (Bad General! [face_shame_on_you] )

Not saying I mind that this version of Grievous has a lair, but it sure does makes him seem like vain twit who doesn't pay very much attention to his job.

The Clone Wars visual guide talks of the Shuttle crash, so I don't think that's the case with the statues.

    They're more likely just symbolic.

I'm not referring to te statues, but to page 62 of the webcomic, which clearly depicts the real Grievous, sorta half way between his normal and his full cyborg self.

Could it be possible to blend the two backstories? Perhaps have some intial disfigurement caused by the shuttle crash, and then a slow furthering of his mechanization? I'm not as familiar with all the details of the stories.

Since Fisto escapes, does that mean Grievous didn't prove himself to the Separatists?

The statues, to me, looked like mannaquens holding spare arms and legs etc.

And, the comic is titled dreams of grievous, so the "halfway Grievous" must be in his mind only.

Mind your words, Super_Battle_Droid. That's what I would call a spoiler. I don't know what information you have and from where, but stating who escapes (and by association, who doesn't) is well more than I want to know about an upcoming episode.

Says we can post spoilers on this episode at the top of the page there... and It's Kit Fisto... of course he survives... He's in ROTS... You must be joking... [face_laugh]

I'd black highlight just to be sure, but I think it's fairly clear that Kit Fisto escapes. ;)

...so I think it's fairly clear that Nute Gunray escapes in Bombad Jedi?!

And I thought we could only post spoilers in this thread AFTER it had aired, is it not so?

No, this thread is open to discussion of any officially released information, and while we recommend that people use black highlight (HTR) for anything that might be considered a spoiler, the thread title says "spoilers allowed".

What people don't know is that Kit actually dies in this ep and his cousin Jim Fisto assumes his position on the jedi council in order for the republic to maintain moral. This explains why in ROTS Kit er...Jim dies in about 5 seconds.

Really looking forward to his episode though. I love Ghost in the Shell so this episode should be one of the best. Of course I say that about every episode. If only they could've gotten Shirow Masamune to do the art on some of these episodes.

Ok, then. My mistake. Sorry Super_Battle_Droid.

But just to clarify, of course I know that Kit SURVIVES this episode. That he ESCAPES Grievous is a whole other matter, and one that I would have rather not have known.

    Man, Kit Fisto is ugly.

I hope this episode is scary and menacing. Those two Grevious pics up top at pretty creepy. Like a horror movie monster... Jason Voorhees-esque.

Nonsense! Nahdar Vebb and Kit Fisto switch roles using a mind trick to make Grievous think one is the other! Kit is killed and Nahdar undergoes extensive surgery to become a Nautolan!

How else do you think Kit lost so easily to Sidious? XD

Similarly, Plo Koon falls and is replaced by his niece, who undergoes extensive steroid treatment. How else do these two AWESOME Jedi fall so easily? :p

Koonfan, I am stunned there's an avatar of me being hugged by Plo Koon. :)

... but that's hardly on topic. Nor is it a spoiler.

This one looks good, but I'm not sure about Kit Fisto sounding like a Rastafarian

Side question: Aside from the official site, anyone know of somewhere you can get larger episode pictures?
